This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. Mel and Alyssa are sweet as can be. Not sure if it was the manager, but I overhead him bad mouthing other employees behind their backs and mentioning he may just quit. Not acceptable behavior to be talking about other employees badly behind their backs and complaining about having to stock the shelves. Likely the reason why the store has a hard time keeping employees. They are short staffed and on a few occasions, the store has been closed during regular business hours.

this location is quite literally never opened. they close at random times throughout the day & never have signs to inform customers.

First, if I'm giving a 1 Star, it was well earned! I'm at the store now, and it's a SATURDAY! It's 4:30PM! The store is CLOSED! They are NOT supposed to be closed according to their Store Hours POSTED on their door! There is NO sign posted that says they're closed, an explanation of WHY they're closed during business hours, nor what time they're expected to reopen! AND if all that isn't horribly rude, inconsiderate, and UNPROFESSIONAL enough, there's a freaking employee inside the store doing something while WATCHING CUSTOMERS walk up IN THE RAIN and pull on the locked door, and have to walk back to their cars in the rain! And then the CHERRY ON TOP, no one is even answering the phone! WOW! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced! What's the point of being in business??? I wish I was able to leave a 0 star instead. Smh...

It’s cute 9:05 am on a Thursday morning and the location is not open even though the sign says they open at 8am. There’s me and 5 other customers waiting for them to open. One customer stated she hates this location because the time with them opening is so unpredictable. This is not how you run a business. You definitely lose customers when they can’t predict when your business is open. The point of having business hours posted on the storefront and online.

Could be a great store but few employees and boxes stacked in every aisle. Forget about balloons, an even worse mess. Owner or manager just pay a decent rate, not $10/hr, and maybe someone will agree to work there!!

Alyssa, who I think is the current operations manager, is so amazing!!! From her wonderful customer service to her lovely smile and colorful hair, she makes every visit amazing. She’s refreshed the store and every time I come in she’s always trying to make the store look better. If she hasn’t been considered for a raise or a whole store already I’d be disappointed and surprised. Thank you very much for all your hard work Alyssa!!!

Visited this location on 9/5 around 7pm and saw a showing of excellent customer service. There was a lady literally buying every piece of glassware in the store (300+ items total) and she wanted each item individually wrapped. There was a long forming of course. The 3 workers on shift worked together to get her finished up as quickly as possibly, while continually apologizing to those customers waiting for the delay. They were patient and the female associate even continued to greet customers as they entered the store. I was extremely impressed by this team under this type of pressure - and I believe they were all new! Bravo.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW HOW TO WORK. Every day I stop by on my brake for lunch and there is always a line out the door and one slow employee... and it's always like that. Came In 2 days ago and the system was down the employee didn't know what to do and the manager was no where to be found, waited 5 minutes... never showed up I had to go back to work so I left.. completely unprofessional staff and employees

Dollar TreePopular store where most of the items are $1.25. Located in East Cobb in the same plaza as East Cobb library and Kroger. Plenty of choices of most commonly bought low budget items. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. Great choice for budget items. Some items are not $1.25. Watch the labels and signs before assuming that all items are same price. Used to be $1 for all items before the pandemic

This Dollar Tree is well stocked compared to most other Dollar Trees but the service is terrible. Every time I go in there there is a LONG line to check out. I go to A LOT of dollar trees and the check out experience here is by far the worst. I have even seen no checkers many timews there before and they expect customers to just wait around for someone to come. Other times there are stocking people stocking product right near by but they may not know how to check out. Well yesterday I go in there. I have my hands as full as can be and go to check out. Again nobody checking. Then I realize there is the only checker over at the helium balloon area waiting on some woman that had no idea what she wants as she goes from design to design to yet another balloon design. There is a line of about 8 each with a good load of stuff and here they are fussing over a baloon for the longest time. I just took all my stuff and put it on a display there at checkout and walked out. Forget it! The whole line saw it. I could tell they were all annoyed. They never seem to have enough checkers and they expect customers to all wait everyone someone wants a stupid balloon! They keep jacking up their prices, now there are a lot of $1.50 items -thats new. Plus the $3 and $5 items. You would think why dont they just hire someone or several, but I know its very hard to find anyone. If thats the way it is why does a stupid balloon be allowed to stop the main business? WARNING- If you go in here you might very well find the same going on as its normal there. Just dump your stuff and walk away too! This store is clueless when it comes to customer services.
