PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW HOW TO WORK. Every day I stop by on my brake for lunch and there is always a line out the door and one slow employee... and it's always like that. Came In 2 days ago and the system was down the employee didn't know what to do and the manager was no where to be found, waited 5 minutes... never showed up I had to go back to work so I left.. completely unprofessional staff and employees

Dollar TreePopular store where most of the items are $1.25. Located in East Cobb in the same plaza as East Cobb library and Kroger. Plenty of choices of most commonly bought low budget items. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. Great choice for budget items. Some items are not $1.25. Watch the labels and signs before assuming that all items are same price. Used to be $1 for all items before the pandemic

This Dollar Tree is well stocked compared to most other Dollar Trees but the service is terrible. Every time I go in there there is a LONG line to check out. I go to A LOT of dollar trees and the check out experience here is by far the worst. I have even seen no checkers many timews there before and they expect customers to just wait around for someone to come. Other times there are stocking people stocking product right near by but they may not know how to check out. Well yesterday I go in there. I have my hands as full as can be and go to check out. Again nobody checking. Then I realize there is the only checker over at the helium balloon area waiting on some woman that had no idea what she wants as she goes from design to design to yet another balloon design. There is a line of about 8 each with a good load of stuff and here they are fussing over a baloon for the longest time. I just took all my stuff and put it on a display there at checkout and walked out. Forget it! The whole line saw it. I could tell they were all annoyed. They never seem to have enough checkers and they expect customers to all wait everyone someone wants a stupid balloon! They keep jacking up their prices, now there are a lot of $1.50 items -thats new. Plus the $3 and $5 items. You would think why dont they just hire someone or several, but I know its very hard to find anyone. If thats the way it is why does a stupid balloon be allowed to stop the main business? WARNING- If you go in here you might very well find the same going on as its normal there. Just dump your stuff and walk away too! This store is clueless when it comes to customer services.

I just opened a spa in this area and I always come to this dollar tree vs the one downtown where I live because everyone it’s well stocked and neat. However my 1st complaint is that the employees are always so busy having long drawn out conversations with the customers that they never are anywhere to be found.My 2nd complaint happened today when I was purchasing a pregnancy test and the cashier says to me, “uh oh someone’s in trouble.” I didn’t respond because I was just Otp with my girlfriend telling her how the same thing happened to me at the dollar tree in my neighborhood and that’s why I don’t buy them from there. The condescending cashier ask again, “is this for you?” I ignore her and proceed to check out.My problem with this is that you don’t know if someone has been trying to get pregnant and can’t. It could be an emotional subject to talk about with a stranger. Mind your business and do what you’re supposed to do which is check out the customers. You’re not there to judge. I’m so annoyed by this happening twice.

Dealt with Frank St Mgr today while in line behind an older woman with her granddaughter. She told Frank she was just getting the 1 item, he scans it, she puts her card in and he starts scanning my items. Quickly and politely the woman said “oh just the one thing” to which Frank replied with “I know folks, you just need to pay for you item.” I was so shocked by his attitude and told him I hope he has a better day while leaving. It’s a shame that he doesn’t appear to have any customer service training and that this store is clearly so understaffed that they have to keep someone like this in direct contact with the customers.

Employee named Frank st/managerwas rude and condescending to female customers in line. He was huffing angrily and additionally refused to answer any questions to help a customer. I watched another customer as she was uncomfortable and embarrassed by his attitude. He went out of his way to be rude and condescending. Ruined the shopping experience in this location. Worth driving to another location just to not deal with the bad environment and poor customer service.

Not only did we find the items we needed, but the employee that checked us out was fantastic! Her name is Elisha, hope I spelled her name correctly. She was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful..A great employee!

The manager is incredibly rude to her staff. Whilst shopping I heard the manager yell at one of her employees for checking out customers. She accused them of being “very unprofessional” and yet she was the one yelling in a quiet store… Very awkward experience.

Several areas where boxes stacked in aisles very tall and unstable.This is cart of boxes stacked over 6' tall and leaning.I mentioned this employee who said it's not his problem.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I never leave bad reviews, but this cashier at this dollar tree was so rude to me that she almost made me cry. I mean if you hate your job that much maybe you need to work somewhere else. I will say the manager is very nice. I spend a lot of money at dollar tree for different parties I have to throw. But I can say with 100% certainty that I will never be back to this particular store!!! ?
