I experienced a Hit and Run and my agent Doug Mikula & his team were SUPERB. I didn’t have to worry about going without a car to get to and from work. All it took was the ONE phone call to Mr. Mikula and whola I got the rental. This was the smoothest transaction that I’ve had to go through. Doug Mikula and His Team have helped me with insurance needs for the past 18 years. They are very intelligent, helpful and know the insurance business in detail. Customer Service is their strong point. I would highly recommend giving them your Automobile, Property and other Insurance Business!

Personally, I like Doug Mikula and his staff (Elain too is very helpful). However, I am very disappointed with State Farm in general. In my experience, they've only taken my money and have not given me anything in return. If you want to pay premiums and nothing else, this is your firm.
