I am a retired pharmacist. I have experience in retail pharmacy, nursing home pharmacy consulting, PBM Pharmacy (ie Caremark), and hospital pharmacy. My advice to you… forget the big retail chains, unless you want endless frustration. Worried about pricing? Unless you want to save one dollar or two on a copay, big chains are not worth the aggravation. I knew when I retired I would use Due West Health Mart Pharmacy. It’s good for my blood pressure and It’s a pleasure to see DeeDee and Cam.

Due West Pharmacy is fantastic! I started using them a year ago and wish I had done it sooner. The national chains seemed to never have my meds and I have never had an issue with Due West. Cameron, the pharmacist, is always quick to fill a prescription and answer a question. DeeDee is alway so friendly and willing to help. They offer service with a smile and appreciate their customer’s business. It’s a great place where you are more than number.

Due West Pharmacy is a throw back to the old days: a real person on the phone, pharmacist who knows you by your first name, and a shop full of medical devises, vitamins, OTC meds, and old time pharmacy goodies like candy and ice cream. It’s a local business we are proud to support.

This is the best pharmacy in West Cobb, hands down! Everything these days seems to be huge corporations, but Due West Pharmacy is a locally owned business where they know you by name, not by your address or date of birth. They are so kind, considerate, efficient, and really special, good-hearted human beings. Cameron always goes the extra mile to have your medications ready on time and to expeditiously order ones that they may not be in stock. Deedee is so pleasant and always greets you with a smile, which unfortunately isn’t so common these days! Also, their prices are beyond reasonable, even without insurance! I have always been a corporate pharmacy client, but Due West has spoiled me and I can never go backwards now. They will take great care of you!
