I love my neighbors I am a college student plus a working professional and I cannot WAIT for our lease to end. I am in building 12. I've never lived in such filth in all my life. I've been looking for nice condos in Decatur and downtown Atlanta that are cheaper and wayyyy nicer. Most of the apartments in this neighborhood at least have security gates, the Dwells do not. Garbage is everywhere on the property. There's mold growing in our bathroom. My neighbors (who are elderly with disabilities and been residents for almost 13 years) have mold growing in their bathroom as well. I encourage all my neighbors to leave bad reviews, but they are afraid of backlash from the office. I am not. Now, when maintenance came to start "mold treatment" the maintenance team painted over it instead. Yes, you read right. Painted over a safety hazard. They did the same to my neighbors. When I asked what can be done, they literally told me to stop taking so many showers. I am in a three bedroom with my parents, and we are currently looking forward to moving. This complex use to be decent AND affordable. When Rhea and others was in charge/owned it. They used to call in outside contractors to come take care of mold treatment, carpet cleaning/replacement, tub resurfacing etc. but now, they have regular maintenance men handling these things that certified professionals need to be doing. The new management team by the name of Max, and Melvin in my opinion, are NOT good managers. They don't care about these people. People who are poor and have limited resources to fight back. All they care about is getting you to sign the lease. They dont post pricing of the units on the website because everyone pay different prices. The gym is a joke. You can barely fit 3 people in there at a time comfortably. It's sad to see what this property has become. The people who cared about this property was priced out and forced to move. I miss them dearly. They made sure the property stayed clean and safe. In addition to all this, they also have the nerve to be doing renovations to the outside of the apartments to make them look "modern." When there are rusted pipes and other issues happening throughout the property. The property was built in the 70's so its anything but new. You'll find out how useless the renovations are when it gets a little cold outside and your or your neighbors pipes burst. It happens every year. I posted the gym with this review.

I been a resident for now 2 years! All I can say is good things about them. They are always available to help and care for their residents . They offer summer camp within the community which my kids love!!!! Great community!

I have been living here for now 1 year and I been on renewing. The leasing agent are truly sweet and helpful. They always greet me with a warm welcoming. Max helped my husband and I with our rental application and since then he has been a great relationship with my husband. He such a great property manager.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful with providing me information on the listed housing. All around great and beautiful property. Definitely high on my list of apartments that I’ve seen might even put in an application. Due to all thing being right and an extremely welcoming staff.

I am not satisfied with the service in the office
The assistant manager named Max is very rude and does not take good care of people who come to complain about the poor service offered by maintenance.
Has preference to serve the tenants of the property
And Solitude has no experience for the position he has in the office.
I recommend that they should change the staff. I have been living at the Dwell property for more than 4 years and they always give terrible service in the office.
There is no reason to complain about the property, it is always clean, the appliances are very good
But if the attention they give in the office is bad
They should hire people with experience who are dedicated to the work of the position for which they are there

Just moved in these beautiful clean apartments s/o to the Office staff !! Very fast, coo & helpful!! The whole community is clean & quiet. I love my unit !!! Glad I chose these ones

I've been at my new job for two weeks now, and I can't express how much I've fallen in love with the community here. The people in the office are incredibly nice, and the management is not only professional but also super organized. Waking up to go to work has become a joy, thanks to the peaceful environment. I'm genuinely excited about what the future holds in this fantastic workplace!

I have lived in this community for several years and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with office staff or maintenance team. I do not know everyone’s name but I can tell you Max and Melvin ( office) have always gone above and beyond for me. L Thank you guys! Any maintenance issues I have had were always handled professionally and friendly. Shout out to Jamie and Lany! Thank you all for making this a great community to live in

I have been living here for 10 years. The 2 stars is for the maintenance team they are awesome. Now that its time to renew my lease they want to double the rent. These apartments are not worth that. Now they want to double the rent but no updates on the inside. No ceiling fans, no lights on the ceiling, none of the luxury thing's have. I could see paying that if the apartment was updated on the inside. I have enjoyed my time here but the price increase is not worth it. I also have issues the the bathtub peeling and when they replace whatever it is they just put it on top of the old stuff. Trust me I understand that these are old apartments and everything is not going to be perfect. They need to be real about the price increase to double.

I have been living for almost 2 years now. I would like to thank the management specially the manager Melvin, Soledad, Abby and Abigail. Such nice people! I have forgotten about my security refund for my previous apartment in Dwell. Melvin persistently kept an eye on it and helped me get the security refund. Great place to live with such a good apartment management. Thanks Melvin and the management!

I love the staff who work at the leasing office. Soledad and Celina are like FAMILY. Those two really do care about their tenants. You would have to meet all of them to understand me! Amazing people

The five stars that I am giving to dwell is well deserved I’ve lived here 4 years and it has been an amazing experience the office staff and the maintenance staff everyone is amazing I do not know everyone’s names but the ones that I do know I want to list because I truly appreciate them and the integrity and passion they give to making us residents happy and taking care of our homes so Celina and Soledad are the main two ladies in the office that have always been super kind and super helpful they know how to do their job I have never had to ask either of them more than once for anything these ladies and the people involved in the maintenance truly make this place feel like a home and a community
