The room had a horrible smell, it was very dirty and there were dead roaches in the fridge. When we asked for a new room they said no refunds and asked to look at it. She said it was just tarnished furniture. After complaining again and showing the pictures they refunded my money. Never received any empathy or apology. What a terrible expierence.

If you want breakfast, stay elsewhere, cause this hotel does not provide breakfast despite saying they do on the web.

Rating should be -10! The only thing that was great about this place was the young lady at check-in because she was super polite and helpful. Thereafter, everything went downhill immediately. From appearances the room seemed great from first night. There was a sitting area, a fridge , and a small microwave. Despite the amenities none of those things are going to matter after I tell you what happens next.The first incident which was an extreme but it was very annoying. They violated my privacy sign. One day one, clear as day, the privacy sign was in the key holder of the door. Housekeeping still came inside the room to lay some soaps, change out my washcloths and empty the trash pail.The second incident I don't have enough words for!After realized I was scratching the heck out of my ankles I thought I had a mosquito bite I pulled the cover back and saw that it was a brown bedbug!It's about 6 AM I go to the front desk and it's actually the General manager himself at the counter. when it's brought to his attention he provided no remedy. The conversation with the general manager started off with him saying that he felt that I was talking to him in a mean way despite that I was angry and in tears! He stated they will give me a refund only after an exterminator would come in and inspect the room the next day to confirm that there are impact bedbugs in the room despite bringing evidence to him in a plastic cup from the actual room.The conversation got worse, he suggested that I could've went up the street and paid five dollars for a bedbug and brought it in. At that point I was done with the property and all the bullshit.I was supposed to spend three nights at the Hotel but I had to check out and go somewhere else immediately. Again from face value everything about this hotel seemed they have everything I wanted but none of that matter if you're in an unhealthy and unsafe environment.

For me two major criteria when I chose a hotel.First: Good sleep-good matrass. Not in my case. I donated better matrass than they have. Springs sticking out. Front office recommend me to buy a foam and bring with me. Are you serious?!Second: False advertisement on google map. There is no hot, no continental, no any breakfast offering.Hotel staff and manager are no help at all. Stubborn people.Stay away from this hotel.

Rooms are very dark, even with every light on! Very low water pressure. Very loud air conditioner! Not worth the price.Nearby activities: Not far from Truist Park, which is why we chose it, all prices in area are very high.

You have to walk down steps and into a dark side parking lot just to enter the door to get to any of the rooms on any level. Parking is scarce. The area is not attractive at all.

Our experience here was not so great. Refrigerator was not working and stinking badly when opened probably as it was off since long and was not replaced until we complained the night of our stay. The bedsheet had holes in it. The door frame was not stable. Toilet commode was not in good condition. There was no breakfast available and seems like they stopped after Covid.

The ppl there was really rude! I left one of my car keys in the hotel room after I checked out. They had it and never told me. Her response was “It’s not my problem” and she said she didn’t care. And hung up in my face as well while I was talking. So then I came up there to get my key and I explained I didn’t appreciate her hanging up on me.. and she replied she didn’t care and why did come up there. And they’re side doors are always unlocked. And the room had a moldy smell

The room was clean. Very open. But unfortunately.. I came in and paid a reasonable price with an option to buy one more night in the next morning. I was told rudely that my room was booked for today. Even though I asked if i could pay a bit more..? I was kicked. Lol

Room 106 We left Oconomowoc WI at 5am and arrived at this Econolodge At 8pm. We were exhausted. Too tired to deal with the mess we found in our room. There was blood all over in the bathroom and dirt dripping from the bathroom walls and on the ceilings. The sink and tub were unclean. We spoke to the man at the desk the following morning. He told me that since we stayed there, we had to pay for it. I said fine but they'd get some bad advertising from us. Then we were moved to room # 101. When our daughter went in to check the room ahead of us as we were out with our son, she found the room in similar condition but also found that someone had wiped blood on the wall with their finger! As though to stick it to us. My daughter cleaned up the blood smear and kept it to herself until we left as to not upset us any further. As I said, the room was in similar unkept, dirty condition. We can't even fully describe how bad everything was. The window in room #106 actually had 2 full spine and butt prints all over the window as well. Gross.Also the lobby smelled of must and mold. AND they had no do not disturb signs.

The room was nice and big, however no wifi, the room smelled moldy, front desk was beyond unpleasant. Bed sheets had holes in them and were more like curtains than bed spread.

The worst hotel in town. Kris Patel the manager and the black girl that was there tonight. February 12th for 3rd shift. Works together to lie to police when your hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed Direct tv as your cable provider. Are you serious so now that it’s rainy. The tv has not work at all since check in at 3pm. I get to the hotel at 3 pm nobody at the desk until close to 3:30 -3:45 then I check in they take 102 plus 20 dollars for incidental and get in my room tv does not work try to call the front desk and the phone does not work. Then you have a nerve to say all sales are final well that’s why bc you already know that your hotel is below a 1 star hotel sooo you say all sales are final bc you know your guest are going to encounter a very poor experience. The tv did not work consistently since 4 pm. Then I hear noises in my room. Now I’m a minister I serve at New Birth in Stonecrest GA so I can hear spirits and there was a demonic spirit in my room. Just to confirm that the police that was called on me bc Kris Patel can’t except feedback confirm that a demonic man was in that same room before that they had to come too bc of something he did. So obviously he left that spirit there. So your entire hotel is im sure demonic as well. I want my entire money back

Room was nasty and smelly. The toilet seat was broke, about an hour into laying on their bed I started itching my eye swollen up I don't know if something was bitting me or it was a allergic reaction and I went to front desk to ask for another room and they told me that I had to pay for another room because I had already laid in the bed. I will never come back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to any one else. Overall the front desk clerk was very sweet.

RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE. When we checked in, we were given keys to rooms that had not yet been turned over from previous guests, went back to front desk, got new rooms assigned, walked in and was not given the same suite room we booked, walked back, got new room. Walked into our suite and the HEAT was on and running set to 90 degrees, it was high 70s outside. The pull out sofa came with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. Went to front desk, again, was given 1 queen size flat sheet and that's it. Room for 4 people was stocked with only 2 towels and it took until our last day there to get anyone to give us more towels, my family of 4 shared 2 bath towels for 2 days in a row. The mini fridge did not work and we had to throw away all the food we packed for our trip on day 2 once we realized it was all room temp. The furniture was all falling apart and appeared to be missing doors/drawers etc where maybe a 2nd mini fridge used to be houses. For the cost (over $400) this entire experience was unacceptable. We will not be recommending this chain to anyone, nor will we be staying again. I feel ROBBED of my $. The security of the hotel was fine, however, it was really unprofessional to find the evening front desk person sleeping on the lobby couches every evening with her shoes on the floor when we returned from our events. Gave my kids a creepy vibe, they asked if a homeless person lived in our hotel lobby. Gross. If no stars was an option...

Great for a quick one night stay. Staff was very friendly and the lobby looked great. Beds were comfortable, bathroom could use a good deep cleaning but worked well enough.
