SERVICE CENTER IS RUN TERRIBLY! I've been coming here for over a decade to get my cars serviced. This week we received the worst service I've ever experienced. I dropped my car off for a recall and was told it would be done in the afternoon. By 5pm I had never gotten a phone call from my service advisor (Shannon) nor the manager (Ed Price). Messages had been left for both of them. I was told by the kind tech answering the phone (Matthew) that I wouldn't get my car until the next day. My husband was going out of town and I now had to find a way to get my kids to school. 24+ hours after dropping my car off and I still had not gotten one phone call from Shannon or Ed Price. I'd called the service department no less than 6 times. The lack of respect for my time and the need for my car was infuriating. I ended up leaving 2 more messages for Ed Price. How that man is a manager I'll never know. At one point I called to speak to him and asked the phone operator to please find him. She said "sorry, he's at lunch" Everyone needs to eat, I get it. But Ed Price needs to realize in his world of customer service the way he handled my situation was awful. I have my car back thanks to Matthew (this guy deserves a raise!). I told him he should have Ed Prices job since he still hasn't returned any of my messages or phone calls. It's sad when the people working for Ed Price are apologizing for his lack of good work ethic.

I purchased a new Honda CRV 2022 last year and had a wonderful experience with the salesperson Cody and finance department. Unfortunately the service department our experience was not so great. First I scheduled an appointment online for 4:45 pm on Friday. I called ahead when I was 5 minutes away for them to tell me that they don't take appointments after 3:45 and they don't know how to fix their website that allows you to make appointments later. I rescheduled for today at 3:45 and we didn't leave till 5:50. For an oil change that is a long time to wait especially because we made an appointment. After we paid we were told the car was going through the car wash, 20 minutes go by and nothing so I had them call the back. My car comes up not washed, which is not the issue it was the fact we were waiting for an additional 20 minutes for someone to drive the car up to the front. Very disappointed in the miscommunication from the service time and the exceptional long wait time. Very unfortunate and poor service experience.

Another pleasant and efficient service visit to Ed Voyles Honda. My servicer advisor, Marvin, got me processed quickly and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I chose to stay in the very nice (and spacious) waiting area and knock out some work on my laptop instead of taking the courtesy car home. They even gave me a senior discount without my requesting it (Do I really look that old?). Great job, guys!

They did a good job, but had me waiting too long before they started the work. I just moved here from another state and when I went in for service, they said that I needed two new tires but they said that I couldn't use my tire and wheel plan because I didn't purchase it from them, so I will have to bring the paper work if I go back which was a slight inconvenience for me that day. Overall they did a good job and I was satisfied.

It was a great experience getting a car here. Wasn’t forced to buy anything i didn’t want, no mark ups, and had a great salesman helping me find the right car. I went to 3 other dealerships and they were just trying to rush things, but at this Honda dealership, the salesman was calm and let me take my time to make a decision. You don’t need to pressure someone into buying your product the same day if you know your product is good. I told him to give me some time and I came in a week later to buy my car. It was the best car I’ve ever driven. If you want a car from here, ask for Cody, he’s the best salesman I know. You will not be disappointed. He will guide you to finding the best car for you without all the rush.

Friendly staff. However, working with the service consultant (Marvin) , he recommended I also get a rear differential fluid change along with the additional service that I asked for on a Honda Accord. I agreed to that. But after I paid for the service, I noticed that I was charged for a fuel induction system flush. I was not told this nor did I ask for this to be done.After calling multiple times over the following two days I talked to the service manager Ed. He stated that the Accord doesn't have a differential and the service consultant should not have recommended it. As for the fuel induction flush, he stated that he would provide a partial refund and inquire about if this was done on the vehicle with a follow up.It has been almost 5 days and I have yet to get a response or a refund for this job. I have tried calling multiple times throughout multiple days to both the consultant and the management and they will not respond. Other consultants answer the call but state that the managers are "in a meeting" or the consultant that I was working with isn't at their desk. I have tried emailing them, leaving voicemails. There is no way they do not have the time to provide a response or a refund on something they shouldn't have charged. I ended up having to go back to the dealership after multiple attempts over the phone and email, and was able to get the money back for the work that was not done to the vehicle.Go elsewhere for your service and save yourself the trouble.This experience has left me distrusting the service center for the future.

I had a very pleasant experience, my service advisor was very knowledgeable of the service that was needed, and gave me a run down of everything I needed and the cost, with pressure on getting everything done the same day, he informed me how important it was to get it done to keep my vehicle performing well. He gave me the estimate of the cost, along with my invoice after the work was done, and told me call back to make an appointment when I'm ready to get rest of the work done. Also I like the fact that my wait time was longer than estimated, and the service was great.

The service dept at Ed Voyles Honda went above and beyond! I went in when my tire light went on. It looked like I just needed air. The technician took the time to make sure the check tire light would go off. When it didn’t he took a closer look and found that my tire pressure censor was leaking. Because I had had that censor replaced a month earlier at a Honda dealership in a different state (I work remotely from every corner of the U.S.!), they replaced it for free. That is why I always get my repairs at a dealership, because no matter where I am (CA, MA, TN, AZ) Honda stands by its work. Special shout out to Victoria, who provided exceptional customer service. Her patience and thoroughness made my experience at Ed Voyles Honda outstanding. Thank you, Victoria!!

I had an awesome experience. Sometimes I wonder if reviews on car dealers are legitimate, but these folks are the real deal. Vernon was my sales rep, and he's the most transparent and down to earth car salesman I've ever worked with. Very friendly and not pushy. I knew from our first call he was going to be up front with me throughout the whole process, and he was. Didn't take us very long to reach a deal. I worked with Greg in Finance, and he too was great to deal with. Clearly laid out all my options, and didn't try and force me into spending more, something I've experienced at other dealers. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Definitely will look to them again in the future!

If you need a pre-owned car I highly recommend Ryan Cane!! He was very patient and honest. The process was a lot faster than I have experienced at other dealerships. He also gave me a great trade in value for my old pilot. I will definitely go back to him in future!!

I went to Ed Voyles for an oil change before going on a 300+ mile trip. The next day I went and saw a pool of oil under my car! They left the cap off my engine and my engine was completely drained of oil! Hope I don’t need a new engine and called multiple times for a manager and no response. Going to another Honda dealership to get everything checked! I definitely need compensation for this expensive mistake they created.Also update: the woman who works at front desk is VERY RUDE ! She keep cutting me off! If you don’t want to work in customer service FIND ANOTHER JOB!!’

Calvin Palm met us at the door, was very cordial, and very knowledgeable about the Honda Accord that we were interested in. He answered all our questions, was encouraging —not “high pressure” — which we appreciated. After taking a good look at the handsome white Accord, we went home to think it over, returning later in the day to make the purchase. Calvin did a good job of handling the paperwork, then setting up the audio system and explaining it to one who is technically challenged.Everyone with whom we spoke at Ed Voyles Honda was very friendly and professional. At Ed Voyles Honda in Smyrna, Ga. Ms. Shannon Price was very cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. I really like her professionalism! The needed recall repairs were done in a very timely manner. I really appreciate that. My Honda Pilot is named “Grace” she was a little sick when I brought her in for service on Aug. 7th so the staff members made sure she got better.??Keep up the good work!???
