This place has caused so much turmoil in my home life. I tried to do something thoughtful for my wife and it turned into a complete nightmare because they delivered someone else's order to my wife. Imagine getting a text from your spouse asking if you sent them an edible arraignment. Then after you answer yes, then ask you who is Crystal (not my wifes name)? The worst part about the situation and the fact that I'm leaving bad reviews is the store didn't even call me to apologize for their mistake. They're bad business, stay away.

Ordered late at night for next day service. Despite posting our card message twice on the order, it did not save after check out. Immediately I wrote into support AND left a message on the location's voicemail to please not send without a card. I called today and asked if I could add a message to my order and she said "it already went out" never even asked my name or order. Fine, maybe everything went out. I said I left a voicemail and wrote into support. She said they don't check the voicemails. So just a heads up if you are looking for good customer service go to a different location :D

my mom’s order was wrong and they immediately delivered the correct order the next day, free of charge. we were pleasantly surprised by the customer service! the gifts were perfect as well.

So today is my 1yr anniversary with my job and they surprised me with edible arrangements and flowers. I think his name is Terry. He delivered my arrangement and he was the best show. Great customer service and delivered with Care. Y’all should be happy to have them. Thanks again.

Horrible experience. Horrible!!d Do not do business with them. Beyond angry at the manager who did not even apologize when I caught them only sending half of my order. He blamed his employees, shame on him. This franchise is better than this and I hope the owner sees this. He offered to do nothing to make it right. I ordered one hour which they did not do, I ordered balloons which they did not plan on sending. Thank you for ruining a very special occasion.

My experience was not good, first the guy( Clifton ) was rude and not trustworthy, I heard him tell me a lie and then tell someone else that they could do what I had just asked him. I am a lady of color and didn’t feel very welcoming. I went to Austell and was treated so well and everyone was willing to help even though they was very busy. I think everyone should go to Austell edible arrangements because they are so nice and helpful every time I go there. I only went to Dallas because the guy had me as a walk in and I had never been there plus I couldn’t have my order transferred. The manager was very polite and helpful but all in all I will not be going back because I feel like there racist and not honest.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered flowers and they were horrible!! They were half dead and the quality was extremely poor. I do not recommend. The cheesecake was disgusting too! Complete waste of money.

I just wanted to express my true gratitude and satisfaction to Sima for her warm, professional, courteous and helpful reception upon taking my Valentine's call today. She was knowledgeable about her products and facilitated my order with a winsome and pleasant attitude, one to be envied. She simply made my transaction with her a fun and memorable one. I would most certainly highly recommend this location for any " Edible Arrangement" needs that anyone may have. Sima embodies customer service in its truest form!! Five Plus STARS all the way!!!!

I ordered something for my sisters birthday and she unfortunately was not there to receive it. They kept my order fresh and tried two more days to deliver it and she eventually got it! They have great customer service and we’re contacting me immediately

I received a delivery on Mother's Day and could not enjoy the berries because I was not feeling well. Called the store after the day and they replaced the berries with a fresh new order. Now that's real customer service. I took a chance and they said "because you're a Mom......" I really appreciated what they did! Will certainly keep them in mind for future orders.

Great customer service. I ordered a delivery no one was at the house to receive they took it back kept it cold and delivered it when someone was there. They got back to me right away and was in contact with me the whole time.

An arrangement was sent to a loved one who is forgetful. They helped me confirm the delivery per photo at the door so I could assist family members. It was easily located. The delivered fruit was beautiful and tasty. Very kind!
