This was my first time here (at the Marietta location) and Fay B. was the mechanic that helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! She was very informative, professional and polite. Very genuine. Not once did I feel like she was trying to upsell me anything.The service only took about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back whenever I need my oil changed.

Overall everyone provides great service, but Fay B. came to show out. She gave me critical information that no one else has ever given me about oil changes, and I’ve been coming here for quite a long time before she started working there. I had recently moved and needed an oil change and Fay B took care of my oil changing needs right away but not only just an oil change she helped me with my coolant and air filter change. She got my car back to normal again, and I am very pleased.

I had the best experience today. Went in for an oil change and Terrel as well as Justin Helped me get it in a timely manner , they flushed my coolant and made sure everything was done the right way. I appreciate them for how they took care of me.
