If I could give zero stars, I would! Canceled a reservation online a week and half to two weeks in advance just to be charged $177 for a no-show! If you don’t know the exact day and time you cancel the reservation which I’ve never kept track of before, because why would I need to I’m just canceling the reservation they won’t refund you. Have spoken to the general manager? Have spoken to the reservations. It is Christmas time and we now are out almost $200 for something that isn’t even our fault. I have never had any other hotel do this to me I’ve never had one charge me under any circumstance unless I stayed there. there’s no compassion no understanding no possibility that they could be at fault, unless you somehow have hard proof. Its ridiculous and very disappointing. I do not suggest dealing with this hotel chain at all or at least not this location. If you cancel the reservation and the proper amount of time there should be no possibility that you get charged and if you do, it should be refunded immediately people answering the phone don’t seem to care, and it definitely don’t do what they have the power to do which is to fix the mistake they made!!!!Noteworthy details: Place does not care about its customers just taking your money. Be careful.

I hope you have cable TV on your phone because they did not have cable one of the nights I stayed there and they did not make it right other than that it was pretty good hopefully they will get a better cable companyRooms: The only problem I had there was no cable TV I stayed there for two nights one night no TV they only wanted to take $15 off my bill I think I will try sleep ins Hotel from now on for the money you spend for a room not fair

I stayed one night at this hotel. When I left in the morning I had left behind my ID and Credit Card. My own fault as I forgot to put them in my bag after I checked in. However when I got down the road and had to stop for fuel I realized this and immediately called the hotel. I spoke with Frederick and he took my information and told me he would call me back after he had someone check the room. He called me and explained they located my items and would send them to me if I went on FEDEX and created a shipping label which I immediately did and emailed to him. Two days later my items had not shipped. I called and spoke with Jewel who told me Frederick had a family emergency and that they would look into it and call me back. I received no return call. I called again the next day and was told the regional manager was there and they would have her call me back. No return call. I called again the next day and was now told that they could not find where Frederick put my items. I asked for a call back and again did not receive one. I called a few hours later and was told they could not access the email for Frederick and I needed to resend the FEDEX label to the front desk. I did this and again asked for a call back that they found my items. They did respond to me via email that they could not view the label, but did not have the respect to return my phone call. I have since called them every day to find out if they even know where my items are and I always get that the manager is not in and they will give the message to return my call. It is now 9 days since my stay and this morning I was told yet again that the manager is not in and that they need me to resend the email with the shipping label. However when I ask if they have my items I cannot get a straight answer. This is terrible customer service and a complete inconvenience. I have called Marriott corporate and explained the situation. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel at all as their management staff does not have the decency to return a phone call!

Our room was very clean and spacious as well as there were enough outlets that everyone could charge their devices. The tvs had access to cable and streaming, and they clear your credentials once you leave. The lobby was very clean, too, and they even provided lemon water. The employees were very helpful in getting us some extra towels, sheets, and blankets. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. They had waffles, baked goods, cereal, fruits, yogurt, milk, juice, and a coffee bar. The pool room is very echoey, but it is a nice pool. 3-5ft and rectangular with LEDs that change color. Overall super cool and made for a good trip.Nearby activities: So many good places for food, fun, and shopping.

Perhaps the worst hotel experience I've had in years. 1) The pool was disgusting with cloudy water that smelled like a swamp. There were clumps of black hair floating around. 2) Bedding was filthy. You could see dirt and more black hair underneath the top sheets in each bed. We slept with our clothes on on. 3) I accidentally left a pair of pants and a shirt in the closet upon departure (Sunday morning). I contacted the front desk on my way to airport and was told they would check the room and call back. They never called. When I called back Sunday night asking about my clothing, front desk clerk checked "Lost & Found" and said he could not locate them. I asked if anyone could ask the housekeeping staff, he became rude and defensive saying "are you calling me a liar?". Yesterday (Monday), I called again and talked to the manager. He said he did not have time to talk to me because he was dealing with front desk guests. He said he would call back in a few minutes. I have not received any callbacks.

Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating, manager handled a power outage due to a storm very well. It was hard as came during checkin time and ppl all over the lobby. The hotel was very clean and my room was large and had plenty of room for my luggage and all the bags I had with me. I’ll stay here again! Also a change from most of my travels, all the ppl staying in the hotel were cheerful and helpful holding doors, etc.

Worst stay ever. We check in (business trip), TV doesnt turn on so they decide to move us to a new room because they cant get maintenance to come on property(Friday evening). The room move gets updated in the app but not in their system (somehow) because at 1:40am the other couple the room was given to barge in. They realize the room is occupied and leave. I lock the door. Night shift front desk comes up at 3am and bangs on the door without ever identifying himself (he was wearing sweatshirt with no nametag). I try to call the frontdesk only to realize that the phone doesnt work. I wait for him to leave and go down to the front dest about an hour later. All I get is "Muh bad"Property itself is decent and new. Never staying here again, however.

We have spent several nights here in the last year to attend Braves games. The last time we stayed here (May 26th) we were double charged for our room. I spent several weeks trying to secure a credit/refund for the $200+ I was wrongfully charged. I spoke with manager David the first time. When I called back to follow up, I was informed that David no longer worked there and he had lied to me about issuing a credit to my account. The new manager Josh assured me he would rectify the issue and call me back. I never heard from him. I ultimately had to contest the charge with my card company. After spending thousands a season with this hotel, we will never be back.

Bathroom floor was dusty behind the door and beside the toilet! Not cleaned as advertised! I was afraid to touch anything in the room. They reuse the towels and wash rags until they feel like sandpaper!They are not living up to the standards I expect from Marriott!Food & drinks: For breakfast they had ham & egg sandwich premade, stuck to the bottom of the hot serving pan so when I dug and scraped it up, the bottom was hard as a rock! Disappointing!

This facility I'd brand new! Has typical amenities of a newer hotell. The pool is TINY! It's great for tottlers/dogs and maybe two humans.

It was clean, decorated nicely and the amenities were great. I like to have a fridge and microwave at my disposal as well. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Was a decent hotel staff was very accommodating, I stayed in two different rooms over the course of two weeks and the only thing that sucked was that the Netflix and HBO and all the tv “built in” apps would not even load it said not connected to internet. Disappointing to say the least but overall hotel was ok

Stayed Jan 20th, 2023 on points and even got the checkout email showing $0 balance yet was charged $65+ for the night - didn’t use room service, or parking fees, or anything. Called the hotel and Marriott corporate after seeing the fee on my credit card and the hotel quickly said they’d reserve the charges and emailed me the receipt showing a room charged…. But they aren’t replying since and not seeing the refund yet nor an explanation on why I was charged in the first place.

Traveler BEWARE of this facility!!! After check in, I discovered a HUGE Black "Glob" of something covered in black hair on the outside of the shower. I requested a checkout at no charge due to their housekeeping. The front desk gave me a printout with zero charges. The next day I was charged full price for the room. Adam stated it was a Management decision to charge me anyway after I was told there would be no charges. They changed the checkin and checkout times to look like I was there longer than I was. I have proof otherwise which I showed them & they said they'd go by their time. Shows I checked in at 10:26 A.M. and flight didn't even land until 3:30 P.M.. Shows check out of 10:46 P.M. while I checked into another hotel at 6:30 P.M. Don't trust housekeeping here as it was DISGUSTING!!!
