This FexEx counter is in the Walgreens, and they have no way of printing a label. They are just a pickup/dropoff place.

Very convenient process & locations in Walgreens stores. Clerk scanned label and locked package in FedEx cabinet for pickup later.

This is a Fed Ex counter inside a Walgreens pharmacy with seemingly no one working in this area. I stood for 15 mins waiting, asking store employees if they could help me. They all said they had nothing to do with Fed Ex. Finally a woman showed up. Not sure where she was hiding. Definitely not as good as a real Fed Ex store

A package was delivered to my address. The delivery address was on the package, but it was not my address. This was an obvious mistake by the delivery person. I contacted FedEx and finally was able to get through to a person. The rep said I needed the tracking number, but I did not have it. I asked if I could give her my address, and she said she would try to get it picked up. The next day, I saw the FedEx truck drive by my house, but he didn't stop. I left the package out thinking he would come back. The package has now been outside waiting for four days and still hasn't been picked up. I called FedEx again today, but the automated phone system would not let me get through to a human without a tracking number, which I don't have. This is, obviously, FedEx's mistake, and I am sure the person who ordered the merchandise would like it delivered to them, and I would like the package picked up. If FedEx cannot deliver to the correct address, then they need a way to make sure the misdelivered package is taken care of right away.
