Customer service at this FedEx location is pretty hit-or-miss. Around 4 PM today, I asked a female employee simple question at the self-printing kiosk and was met with an eye roll, a sigh, and a “just bring it here.” She then rushed through, pushing boxes and slamming labels down.
I understand bad days happen, but when you show up to work frustrated, customers that are being nothing but polite and understanding shouldn’t pay the price for whatever you have going on behind the scenes. It’s called being a grown-up and learning professionalism.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to get a picture printed for my dad’s funeral and the woman at the counter was beyond rude. She said they couldn’t print anything until Sunday which I accepted. But when I asked if I could ask questions about the printing she said she was busy with production. Heartless and the worst customer service in a time of grief.

Ronnie is the store manager here. She is amazing. I walked in for printing needs and she got everything done while helping other customers at the same time. Such a great experience

Trash service. Whoever the employee is working 7.6.25 @540pm needs to be retrained when it comes down to customer service. Cleary no help because unfortunately he was too busy getting paid for being on his phone. No assistance given with the printer and had smart mouth energy! Never again

Bad customer service. They are just blatantly rude to people. I love the extra services at FedEx but I won't go back to the FedEx around the corner from my house because of the employees.

Watch out for this location. Stay away. Poor customer service. Christian does not respect customers. I told him what I wanted. He did the opposite. I asked him if he heard me. He repeated exactly what I said and knowingly did the opposite against my wishes. Worst customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. Then he looked at me in the eye laughed and yanked/flashed his FedEx name tag like he was bragging about 2018 or wanting me to remember
his name for a complaint. Awful.
This is the same location that asks if your package is a watch or asks about contents. Betting folks have had things stolen or missing from this location. Asking about valuables is unethical in my opinion from a shipper. Asking hazardous on one thing. But valuable is another.
Stay away.

So grateful for Kea's incredible customer service this morning! She was not only multi-tasking the counter and multiple customers, she helped me reformat something I needed on the fly and was so kind while helping me get it done and printed. Thanks so much Kea!

I was going to arrive exactly at 7pm and called to see if they would wait literally 1 minute for me, but the lady said no they wouldn’t wait. Really disappointed in that response.
I’ve worked retail for years and I have waited a minute or two for a customer when they called. This is a medical package and I really needed it dropped off today.

I needed help with copying a job that was part black & white, part color, mostly single-sided but some double-sided. An assistant worked with me the entire time and together we got the job done quickly. Great customer service!

This is ridiculous, I went in to have some copies made. I’m the only customer in the store and the mgr wanted to charge me a $35 rush fee. The other employee was already making them for me but I can’t pick them up until tomorrow unless I want to pay their fee!
They just lost my business, I’ll be using UPS for all my printing needs. And to boot, she had a little attitude to go with it. 👎🏼✌🏼

Isaiah tried to price gouge my 90 year old mother. I sent a single photo to the counter to print. I received an email confirming and stating if it was going to take longer than an hour they’d call. She went into the store 6 hours later. Isaiah was distracted laughing with girls and told my mother they hadn’t had time to go thru the emails. If she wanted it, it would cost an extra $20 for an express processing fee. I called the store and spoke to Isaiah. He was so rude and proceeded to tell me he made $17 an hour and didn’t make the rules. I asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me. I’ve called twice since with no one caring to follow up. I’m disgusted. I live in AZ and my local FedEx is fabulous but this location obviously is lacking the proper management!
If he’s that way with other customers maybe this isn’t the right job he’s lucky to have.
