Be aware of this place, they're not honest. They tried to rip me off.. I bought 4 tires for my car, drove 15k miles.. and they refused to use the warranty, asking me for almost $-400 to change 2 tires... I drove to another autorized and they did it for me.
DON'T USE THIS PLACE... THEY'RE NOT HONEST. ( picture of the tires to prove how new they was)

Staff were helpful and nice. What they could improve on is offering any discounts up front or at checkout if applicable instead of the customer having to ask.

I took my van in November to get an alignment for a 40-day work trip to Lexington, KY. They gave me the van saying it was aligned. I left the store and the next day I traveled, I was away for 40 days. I came back for Christmas and New Year's, then I traveled to South Carolina. When I was coming back, I found the van strange on the road. When I arrived the next day I went to see the tire all destroyed on the side. I got a big scare. The next day I took it to the store, where they said they would realign and change the tire. They did the service. Then they told me the problem was in the suspension. They sent me a bunch of photos and said they couldn't fix it and that I should look elsewhere, but the tire that you destroyed, you changed and charged a lot. My life and my employees were at risk due to a great lack of competence. This problem should have been warned beforehand. I have photos, videos, and all the paperwork. I will seek my rights in court to get my money back and repair the damage.

After going for broken AC and being quoted $800-over a $1000 to fix an undiagnosed issue, I’m so glad I took my Euro Car down the street who fixed it for less than $300.

I had an appointment at 09:00 am to replace my front tires and an oil change. I let them know the make and model of the car the day before so they can order the tires if they didn't have them in-house.
Yet, I had to wait until after 1:30 pm before my car was ready. 4 and a half hours to change my oil and switch out tires!!!!
Not to mention the poor attitude of the so called Auto Care Advisors. The have no sense of urgency whatsoever.

I’m a firm believer that when you take your car to the auto shop it should come out in better condition.i brought my car in for minor maintenance and left with a hanging bumper

I highly recommend this Firestone complete Auto Care Center, the Guys Joe Semmelmayer and Bill Nicholson were very receptive, perceptive and very helpful when I brought my car in for an inspection, They checked my vehicle for the noise it was making and told me exactly what I needed I will tell all my neighbors and friends (since we live less then a mile from this Auto Care Center)That they listen to you even if you are a Female Unlike a lot of other Auto Care Centers Thanks Guys I appreciate your work ethics and support.

The manager took my vehicle and said that she would completed before they closed. They didn’t have many cars to service at the time. However, when she learned that I had Warranty work, she allowed other cars that came after mine to be serviced first. She said my services were free. However, I paid for the warranties to receive service at a later date. It’s not fair to push my work to the back. Then, after waiting around all day, she said she would not be able to get to my vehicle.

someone give bill a raise. had my camaro towed to 2 different mavis shops who said they could replace my wheel studs and neither could. bill was so nice and got my car fixed instantly. in bill we trust??
