When I got my car back after an oil change, I opened the hood to check things out and the lift support bar was completely detached, lying on top of the engine. Multiple screws popped out and missing from the engine air filter housing as well. I went back to this location and the mechanic told me that was how it was when they got it. I know for a fact that isn’t the case. (And if it was, why wouldn’t they fix something like that before returning the vehicle? There was a 2 ft metal bar rattling around in my engine block.) They took absolutely no responsibility for the shape my vehicle was returned in.Regular customer here and I will never return.

East Lake location has been great! They communicate well, walk you through the process, fit you in, educate you, and provide excellent customer service with trustworthy care. Bill is our dude!! He’s always happy and gives you undivided attention no matter how busy they are.

I regret to inform that my recent experience with your service was not as satisfactory as anticipated. Firstly, I observed a lack of provision for providing estimates, calls, or updates, which I found quite inconvenient. Additionally, the pricing seemed notably high, especially considering the neighboring oil change service offers a similar service for a substantially lower cost.However, I must commend the excellent customer service provided by a young woman on your team. Her professionalism and courtesy were the highlights of my experience, and it is on account of her efforts that I am offering a two-star rating.On a less positive note, my interaction with the manager was quite disheartening. I received a rather unwelcoming response when I inquired about receiving an estimate, which was unexpected and frankly, quite discouraging. It is not in my nature to lodge complaints; however, under these circumstances, I felt compelled to voice my concerns.

Some of the most incompetent and uncaring individuals I have ever had the misfortune of being introduced to.Went in at OPEN spoke with a manager about a set of tires for my vehicle. He said they would be on the truck before 5pmAt 3pm they had not touched my truck so I politely asked what the situation was as I had to leave by end of day to stay employed.By 4 pm they said they could not get those specific tires yet they had some to put on the vehicle. OK NO BIG DEALBUT AT 6PM they walk in and tell me "yeahhhh there is no way we can place tires on that vehicle today"So now I'm forced to travel 200 miles on a spare tireWILL NEVER RETURN AND ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Sure it was a very easy fix, but they explained the issue clearly and came up with a great solution for keeping my air intake hose from falling off when im flooring it to show off how cool I am- put a clamp on it! They were so honest and fair i feel obligated to go back in for more recommended services. I think they fully inspected my car for free and handed me the keys to go home and think it over before pressure selling me on anything.

I dropped my car off late Friday afternoon. I received a phone call Saturday afternoon, late, so I was unable to call back and get any feedback. I called Sunday about my car and I was told that my car was not there. The young man who answered the phone said that he did not have my car there and I must be calling the wrong Firestone. I spent about 10 minutes trying to convince him that I was calling the facility, even naming things that were near it, including the Chick-fil-A, to convince him that I knew that's where I dropped my car. Miraculously , my car was there, it was listed by the wrong year. The 2006 looks nothing like the 2012, but hey, they're only car people what do they know. Then he proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car. I knew there was something wrong with my car. That's why I dropped it off.and the clicking sounds were standard with that vehicle. I only needed to have some flushing fluid to make it and ride around in it. Ten minutes later, after I hung up the phone, he calls back and says the mechanic walked in and he had some bad news. My engine is completely gone and there is nothing they can do about it. Wait, what happened to just needed some fluid to wash it out? Then he preceded with he trying to convince me it was the write up. Fact is, I knew there was way more than the engine and they made NO mention of it. There's a big difference between a new engine in some fluid just wash it out, do you think? Believe the reviews, don't take a chance. They might be friendly , but being friendly isn't going to fix your car.

I went in a month ago for an oil change & blinker light bulb replacement and it took 2 hours and I saw my truck go up and down 4 times before I started asking why. So today the maintenance light came on(need oil change)and I call up the place & she says "that means add oil" and I'm like "No - the oil light means add oil"... and where's the sticker? Next oil change 12-5-22 how much ya wanna bet that's not their filter either???Services: Electrical

I had a 10am appointment that I was on time for. My car sat unattended until 10:45am when I asked for my key back. The manager was there in shorts and a t-shirt.

We use this place for aligment. If You tires are 50% tread left They will not rotate it and will try to sell You New tires.

Brought in my 1997 F150 for tune-up and new spark plugs. Fingers crossed after the 3rd time I came in this week the job is done. I have visited this location for years and have had a decent amount of work done without any issues, but I likely won't be back in. Lack of training, inconsistent customer service, and quality control issues all seem to be present now. This is an increasingly common issue across retail, but it was real clear in this case here. In general there didn't seem to be much concern I was back for the 3rd time for the same work. The quality control when literally my check engine light popped on 5 minutes after leaving the store (visit 2). Not sure I ever saw a manager or an overall location manager. Bottom line, if you need anything more than oil or a new battery I would recommend avoiding.

I have had the life time aliments with Firestone for a little over a year now. It has been an amazing investment and I always receive amazing care here. They have me in and out usually within the hour. Friendly over the phone and in person, has made getting my car serviced not such a hassle or difficult process.

I came for an impact bubble in my tire and was quoted $116 for a new tire including installment. They also checked my brakes and did a comprehensive check for $10; they did not try to upsell me on any repairs. The service was done promptly in about 30 minutes, and I have no complaints. The service manager and office staff were very professional and nice.
