Had our SUV for over 24 hours for an oil change and rotation. Since then we’ve had an oil leak that they say is not their fault. Super frustrating. We don’t trust them for service now.

I would recommend this store for car repair. Service writer was pleasant and listened carefully to my concerns. technician was capable and they kept me informed of the progress.

Zero for two on experiences here - both times late with no notice- with work not finished. On my second visit, dropped off the car an hour ahead of schedule, came back to find it hadn’t been touched by the agreed to pick up time. If you have time constraints or time expectations, this is not your spot.

I went yesterday to have my car aligned. They aligned the car but when I drove off, the steering wheel had to be slightly to the right (off kilter from the center bar) to go straight. So I made another appointment for today so they could put the steering wheel in the right position. They re-aligned it, I got the car, drove off, and now the steering wheel is about TWICE as far off, but to the LEFT this time. I'll have to go to a different Firestone now, or see if the other guy who's been doing this before for a few years is still working there and only let him do it.

I love coming to this location. I live in the city but I will drive to east Cobb any day to get my car serviced by this team! Danita ALWAYS makes my experience enjoyable even when dealing with stressful car maintenance! Her and the rest of this team truly are hidden gems!

I had the worst experience there. Had breaks and roder changed. I knew something was wrong because the technician took extra long and kept ask another worker to come look at what he was doing. He kept taking the wheel on and off. All my warning lights came on when I was about to leave and my break made a nose it did not make before. I let them see and hear it. I asked what that was and got a grunt n shoulder shrug gesturing I don’t know a few times before the guy finally said he doesn’t know. He would have to take another look. At this point I lost all confidence and trust in this place. Plus I had a screaming baby cause we were there so long waiting. So I said I had to go. I called to complain. The manager was supposed to call back but nope no call back.

As a former store manager at NTB, I can honestly say you don’t turn away money .. labor dollars are straight profit .. find another store, a cleaner better managed one

Refused to fix nail in tire. Tried to upsell to a new set of tires. Did agree to change my oil which is nice. My experience with Firestone for the past 10 years is everything is an excuse to sell new tires. Will patch myself. Attached photo of offending nail that I patched after driving an extra 800 miles on it that I wish I hadn't had to. Had it been a real issue the lawsuit against firestone would be awesome.

I just wanted to say thank you Amanda for taking care of my problem. My brakes are working fine. This location has the most friendly and professional employees. They listen to you and they will go to great lengths to rectify your problem. I will definitely be returning.

Very professional and courteous staff. No pressure to do unnecessary repairs. Repairs done promptly and correctly the first time. Price is lower than many competitors. We’ve used them for years.
