Last night (7:30pm) while at the store using self check out- A young tall woman with long blonde hair pulled up in a pony tail was extremely rude to me. As I was bagging my stuff she jumped in front of me to answer the “was the store clean” question and selected “yes”. I did not get a chance to answer myself. Horrible attitude. Will not return.

Just about everytime I go to check out someone is there asking if I need belief or just automatically start helping me with bagging my items. Mind you I come in to shop every week and never ask for help and they always end up counting my things. When I asked why they do this they said it was “ company policy” and that they do it to everyone. Which is false because if they’re not working they’re talking at the front counter. Also I’m black. Anyone else that has checked out young or old have been white and shop without having anyone intervene. So if you’re a person of color prepare to be uncomfortable from the staff and the manager who is most likely white and doesn’t care.

Usually never have a problem here, one of my fav places. But I'm handicapped, in a wheelchair, and this place was a mess!
It's like they were relaying the entire place during the second week in November (beginning of the holiday season).
I got caught up and stuck in corners and aisles full of screaming kids, I only wanted to get out! If there was a fire or something serious I would be in serious trouble. Maybe another day, another time, but I'll go back AFTER the holidays. Maybe it'll be better.

I love five below y’all should go get the new shirts I had in mind to sell but someone took my idea but I bought them and are super cute and my son loved them he wore them to school all week last week 10/10 when you wash them wash them by hand because the sticker I think will come off have not washed them yet cause my son won’t let me but a little purfume will do
