Old Time Pottery was my go to store. You could find anything you needed and things you probably didn't need. Employees were friendly and helpful. They would greet you at the door. Never go down another aisle to get away. In the past two months I have been in three times looking for items and walked out with nothing. Today was the last visit I will make to Gabes. It is basically one level under a dollar tree. The employees can't stay off their cell phones to help you. I stopped by the bathroom and that was a mistake. It was terrible. Out of paper and soap. Floors were littered with paper towels. The picture below was the cleanest toilet.
I am really sad that Old Time Pottery is gone!

This store could be wildly successful. If it had a better manager the manager you have with the manager at old town pottery not professional they may show up. She may be there but she's just a warm body. She's not a good manager. She's not good with people she's absolutely horrible And the store. I'm sure we'll go out of business soon.

My daughter and I went for the first time to this store, and it is so disorganized that it is a waste of time to find anything. When we did find something after searching the shelves that were not organized, trying to check out was a nightmare. only 2 registers and a long line of people. Won't go back there. Prices are not that great I can shop Ross or Walmart for those same items but better prices.

I like this store a lot, but some of the prices are really affordable, some are normal prices, there is a wide selection, the staff are very friendly, I recommend it!

I have shopped here a few times since they opened. However, after the complete incompetence and garbage level customer service I experienced today, you can count me among the ranks of your former customers. I will never be back here. Store is advertising 50% off of clearance items. I was shopping in the bedding section, and an employee asked if I needed anything. I specifically asked her if the 50% discount was all clearance items or only apparel. She specifically told me it was all red tag items. Made it clear with her that it specifically included the bedding. So instead of the one set I was going to buy, I decided I was going to purchase two. I get to the line, and there's only 2 cashiers, operating with zero urgency. Manager comes to enter a code in one of the registers, and instead of opening an extra register, leaves. I finally get to the register, and my items ring up at the full price. I ask for clarification and tell her about the fact I was specifically told about the pricing by the employee, and was told "Well you were told wrong. Who even told you that?" I told her that her store's own employee told me that. Asked for a manager to clear it up. After standing there waiting even longer than I already had, I finally gave up. While leaving, saw said "manager" sitting on the side of the store smoking. Screw this store. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and nobody knows what's going on.

I went and bought $70, and I didn’t buy more because the cashier, Michael, couldn’t find a price and told me to look for another one that had the price… At Gabe’s, this kind of cashier will bring sales down.

This location seems like it used to be Old Time Pottery but has been rebranded into Gabe’s. The store is huge and has a wide variety of merchandise — from electronics to clothing and more. Prices are still very affordable, which makes it a great spot to browse and find deals. Definitely worth checking out if you like big discount stores with plenty of options.
