I called this store when a package of mine was rejected for delivery. After contacting customer care from both USPS and Gamestop, and previously speaking to another associate at gamestop, my questions were finally answered! VY (pronounced Va-eye) went above and beyond to investigate my dilema, fixing my issue by contacting customer care and following up by reaching back to me! They really didnt have to do that but caring a little goes a long way! This review is for VY for being the best. Thank you!

I called this store in the morning when they opened for them to hold a PS5 controller for me. They took my name down & said that it would be there when I got there. Of course, when I arrive, they tell me that another sales associate sold my controller because he mistaken me for another customer. Makes no sense when you took my name down. Pure BS & a total waste of my time. Don’t go here try another location if you don’t like your time being wasted or buy directly from the PS website.

There was a sign on the door that stated "left at 7 pm, Back at 8 pm". It was 7:05 pm so I decided to go to Walmart kill some time. I got back at 7:55 pm, I saw the lights come on and there was an employee there. Jamal came over, but didn't open the door. He told me that his manager told him to take a break from 7 to 8. And he said he can't open the door because he was on break and the store will closed at 8. He had no intention to open the store. I asked why he didn't just make a sign that says "closed". He didn't answer. Just wasted my time.

The store is always closed. I'm scared to place an online order. If I could give this a minus star I would. I'm going to start ordering from Amazon. At least they have a real customer service department.

Came to purchase a game and personel shut the store down for over an hour. The sign on the door says they will be back at 5:17 pm. Me and a huge group of people waited pass that time. I had to leave without my purchase, because the employees who locked the store did not return in time.

Of course, I arrived at 2:45pm to pick up an online order. The sign indicated stepping away from 2:30pm to 3:15pm. I have travelled from across town and waiting in the car, hoping that someone will return on time. What company does this, anymore??
