Asked the employee for help on choosing a pre-workout that wouldn’t cause me to feel to itchy. He explained which ingredient in pre workout caused the itchiness and made a recommendation. By far my favorite pre-workout as of yet!

The staff has no knowledge of products. I had to search for myself after asking for advice. I guess they just hire any teenager to stand there. Very disappointing.

They didn't honor a pricing error of a product placed on the shelf....the should have honored a mistake they made

Most times this location has very good customer service. Actually all times. Until tonight. I went in to purchase my normal 2 boxes of 25 Lean Shakes. I wanted 1 strawberry, 1 vanilla. I went to grab the strawberry and it was in a beat up box and it was already opened. I asked if there was another box I could get. The employee said that was the only one in the store. I said ok... is there a discount for the box being opened? He says no .. "because I can open this box and sell each one separately. " However that's not the way they had it presented. It was displayed as a box that was damaged. AND ALREADY OPEN. I asked if there was anything he could do to make up for it...open package discount maybe? That's how it worked when I was in retail years ago. He coldly did nothing for an obvious issue...I came in to pay full price for an unopened product. This employee was not representative of what I normally experience when coming into GNC.

I went to this location 3 times in 2 days during posted open hours. Nobody there, door locked. Waited 10 min and left.

Just like another review on here, I went to this location at 12:15 on a Sunday when they supposedly open at noon. Door was locked, lights on, open sign on. I even saw an employee at the counter attempting to look busy to ignore the fact that a customer was trying to enter. Sign on door says open Sundays at noon, as does the website. Here's an idea GNC managerial staff: with the amount of money customers pay for your products, perhaps you could spend a little in hiring competent employees who can tell time? Or perhaps even train them in how to set an alarm reminder? Clearly this is not a one time occurrence. You've lost a customer today. I won't be back to this location. My time is valuable, especially on the weekend. I'm pretty sure other customers would agree.

I came by twice on Sunday and the door is locked and no one's there - this was during business hours. Also I called and the number rang a few times and then sounded like a fax machine. Is this place even open?
