Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center in Lower Roswell offers a wide selection of quality used items, including clothing, books, furniture, and household goods. The store is clean, organized, and features nicely staged furniture and well-maintained clothing, especially for ladies. Prices are generally reasonable, with a good variety of brands, and parking is free. The donation process is straightforward, although visitors should note that donations are accepted between 9:30am and 7:30pm. The store supports the mission of helping people find work and assist the local community through proceeds from donations. The book section is particularly popular, offering current, popular titles in excellent condition, including a pre-teen/teen area. Staff members are helpful and friendly, with standout service from employees who assist with loading and wrapping items. Overall, it is a well-maintained location with a good selection of items, though some customers have noted that employee friendliness could improve.
I love the staff here. The only lame thing about this location is a man that literally spends his entire day at the store hawking all the good furniture to flip. People like that ruin it for others.

Arrived before about 7:20pm to donate, but donations zone was coned off (closed). Store associate told me they accept donations 9:30am-7:30pm. They should have still been accepting when I arrived but alas, I drove out here for nothing.

This is the best Goodwill I've ever been to for ladies clothing and furniture. They stage their furniture nicely and the clothing seems to be less worn than at other locations. It's also generally clean.
