Would not get up to help. To busy scrolling on cell phone. Would not take anything but clothes.

Open sign was on, an additional sign said “come on in” but the door was locked with an attendant inside. She finally came to the door with a negative attitude and said she wasn’t taking anymore donations because she had too much to sort. Such a waste of time trying to use this facility.

So I understand you are "understaffed", but to have a worker ignore 2 cars in front of me and one being an elderly gent who could barely lift a bag to place on the cart outside the donation doors and then sneak out and grab the carts after the cars pull off, take one look at me and disappears and never returns... I'm never giving anything to Goodwill again. I will purposely drive to Atlanta and give it to another charity. I'm not throwing out my back lifting boxes out of my trunk that I needed someone else to carry to my car for a charity who apparently doesn't need donations.

This Goodwill store is clean and has amazing prices like all Goodwills. However, there are serious issues with their donation process. First, there is no sign out front telling you where to take donations. So we had to park, go inside, and ask. FYI, donations are around back of the building to the RIGHT of the building as you face it. Not intuitive. Second, and much more importantly, for the second time, the man in the back who takes the donations is rude, inflexible, mean, and demanding. Our partner complained to management last time, and was told that many of their people are volunteers, and blah, blah, blah. The man is still there, and he is still mean. We drove off and did not leave our hefty donation.

Horrible customer service. Associate accused me of taking tags off of merchandise. I promptly left their second hand garbage on the counter. It sucks that black people get treated so bad in America. Thankfully I make enough money to shop elsewhere. This store deserves zero stars.

This location was supposed to open at 1000 and it did not. So unfortunately my items will go to the city dump.

I normally stop at this GW while visiting the area. The whole shopping center is undergoing a facelift, looks really nice. The area as others have stated isn't the safest looking, take precautions. Lots of parking, and quite a few others stores in the lot. The store is very clean, organized, and neat looking. I have walked out of some GW because of the clutter. You can actually find some good finds if you take the time to look. I found a exercise video & some canning jars that I needed. The store is a pretty good size. All the employees seemed nice and willing to help.

The one over by us is pretty nice. They keep it really clean and it's fairly organized and they usually have a pretty good selection of everything. They do good work
