While I have never found the experience of dropping off donations to be pleasant today was the worst. Stopped by to drop off a few bags of clothing and shoes. Nothing heavy or large. I was told I’d need to come back in an hour. I explained I didn’t live nearby and needed to empty the back of my car. He didn’t care. Refused items. I will find a different charity for my donations going forward.

May 28th, 2025, 6:45 pm. The staff was gracious and helpful. I found a nice wooden table and chair to use for studying. Quality pieces for a very low price. I always have a pleasant visit at this Goodwill location. Thanks, Goodwill!

Came in today with my daughter and grandchildren. Store was dirty and the floors were absolutely disgusting, so bad my grandson wouldn’t walk down one of the aisles because he said “the floors were so dirty he didn’t want to walk on them” The lady at the front was so rude which made our experience even worse if that’s possible. We won’t be returning to this Goodwill ever again.

yesterday i went to the goodwill and I honestly think the goodwill can be better they had a very rude employee her name was Chandra and she was talking about an employee named chase whoever that is with another worker I guess he was new I honestly never seen him before i think his was Jamal the thing I hated about it the most was they spent more time gossiping instead of checking people out and tbh it felt like I was waiting in line spent 20-30 minutes waiting its very unprofessional I know this store was bad because the previous manger drew I reported to him thinking he was going to speak with Chandra about her the way she talks to people and I guess he didn't goodwill need to do better

My recent visit to Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center was a delightful thrift shopping experience! The store had a wide variety of items to choose from, ranging from clothing and accessories to electronics and household goods.
As I browsed through the aisles, I was impressed by the selection of items available. I found some hidden gems, including Wii and Xbox 360 games, as well as a sturdy computer bag that caught my eye. The affordability of the items made it easy to justify picking up a handful of treasures.
The staff at Goodwill were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. Whether I had a question about an item or needed assistance locating something specific, they were always ready to lend a hand.
Overall, my experience at Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center was positive. The combination of a diverse selection of items, affordable prices, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable shopping trip. I would highly recommend this thrift store to anyone in search of unique finds and great deals.

Prices have suddenly become ridiculously high on housewares and decor. There wasn’t a gradual increase, I’d say it’s almost doubled depending on the items. It’s really obvious when the Goodwill price is almost as much as the original prices still on the items. Very disappointed, considering everything is donated. I’ve shopped there for years, but the jump in prices will have me shopping elsewhere.

Today I tried to return a shirt that I bought literally 5 min earlier. I got to the car and saw a hole and tried to return. They said I couldn't return because didn't have a tag on it. I get it that people are not honest, but I don't know how he ring the shirt if it didn't have a tag on it. He didn't say anything to me either.
I'm doing a big spring cleaning in my house and I'll make sure to donate somewhere else. I don't like to be treated like that.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE THIS GOODWILL! I’m here once or twice week and they’ve actually got a good selection of women’s/men’s clothes, massive home selection (with furniture and decor), shoe collection, and more! The store is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. The only thing they could work on, would probably b to open more registers, instead of just having 1 or 2 registers open; especially when it’s super busy and the line keeps getting longer and longer.

This is my go-to thrift store, I always get great finds! It’s not as organized as other goodwills (by color and patterns) but they do make sure that sizes and clothing types are in their designated racks! All the employees I’ve encountered are sweet and helpful, definitely recommend this store. :)
