Expected this place to be clean and nice and it indeed is. Looks like Marshalls with the luggage and nice sections. Large store with clean restrooms and plenty parking. When I got into it, there wasn’t a ton in the men’s section. They do decent with size ordering but it was a lil off and there were a few off the hanger items. There was a lot for woman like a lot lot. They could spread out the lil mens they have. Clothes I did like ended up having holes in them. Please super inspect all items before purchase. I’m getting better at that. Nothing like thinking you’ve gotten a deal only for it to be ruined in a noticeable spot. Happy pickings. Cashier could’ve smiled

The workers purposely save items for themselves especially Alicia. She always has an attitude and rude to customers for absolutely no reason. I’ve even saw her snap at a customer for attempting to grab something off her cart and although it’s their policy the person wasn’t didn’t know and there was a better way to address the situation rather then yelling at them rudely and disrespectfully especially since they DIDNT KNOW!

Word of caution to parents, I continue to find potentially dangerous items in the toy section (scissors, glass, corroded batteries, etc.) every time I go through it. I make sure to pick it out when I see it, but please make sure to monitor your kids in this section.
Always loved coming to this Goodwill because there’s tons of unique finds. Found a pink castle that would be perfect for my daughter’s first birthday and the cashier just put it to the side when we checked out. I told her I still wanted the item but she said she couldn’t sell it to me because there was no price tag and any of the items that only had partial tags couldn’t be sold either. I asked if a manager could come price the item but she said there was no one there to help do that and seemed annoyed that I would ask. I understand that some things are out of employees control, but if she would have tried to offer a solution/manager contact info, I wouldn’t have been so upset. Some toys are weird shaped and the stickers definitely don’t stay on very well, so they should consider wrapping the toys so stickers can stay on better.

Not satisfied with employee engagement
No good mentality, personality for workplace

Worst customer service, dirty and disorganized. Also there was a sign with no price tag and when I waited 15 minutes in line to ask for a price and to purchase it the employee gave attitude and wouldn’t let me buy the item. Never will be back and if you’re reading this trust me don’t bother going in.

Overpriced and hotter than hell. With how expensive these clothes are you think that you could fix the AC faster. Shame on you for letting your employees work through all this heat. Can't even shop in there it's so freaking hot!

This is my absolute favorite Goodwill. I always find great things in here and the customer service from Deborah and Teresa are always wonderful. I also like that they have arranged all their clothing by color. Makes shopping here easy and enjoyable!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The guy taking donations in the back (30’s/40’s, brown hair) gave me a really hard time about donating items 15 minutes before close, after I went in and the cashier told me to drive around back to donate items. He made a really uncomfortable situation for me and my partner who drove extra time to this goodwill to donate items since it was open later than the one closer to our house.

It amazes me how expensive goodwill is compared to other stores and on their color of the week there are very few. Customer service is always good

This has been my favorite Goodwill for a while. Most of my work clothes are from here. The place is clean (including bathrooms) plus clothes are kept pretty tidy according to size which seems hard to keep up with. Also usually decent furniture, art and frame sections.

Historically, the best Goodwill I've ever been to. In the last month... not so much.I have always liked this Goodwill location due to its excellent selection of clothing, still-reasonable prices, and above all else, scrupulous organization.However, the last couple of times I've gone, (in July 2023) that last point no longer holds true. It was exceptionally jarring to realize how much I'd come to rely on the fact that normally the clothes are organized not only by type and size, but also by color. They are no longer organized by color, which was disheartening enough, but more and more items are appearing in entirely the wrong section based on the clothing type and size.I hope this is just a temporary problem related to staffing issues, but I fear that it will continue indefinitely.The other major problem the last time I went was how many of the clothing items were either horrifically stained or just hadn't been washed prior to being put out on the floor. This has not been my experience normally, and I also found it disturbing.
