Donated today leaving a lawn bag full of stuff and they told me they couldn’t give me receipt. Went inside to talk to manager who was paged. Nothing. Don’t donate there! No one cares there.

This is my therapy center, I can spend hrs roaming around the store looking at all the merchandise. The staff is nice, specifically the older lady at the cashier, always so sweet and smiling

Very rude staff on the drop off section of the store ; they never wanna help you unload any donations! Plus they are very rude!

I have encountered a very unprofessional, aggressive and unhelpful Goodwill donation person the last three times I have brought donations to this location. Then he proceeded to help the person behind me in line on load her donations from her vehicle, two of the times. This last time, they were both young people. I am old, and struggled to unload my donations out of my vehicle by myself.
What gives with a donation center called GOODWILL?

Went this morning to drop off a donation and was met by a worker with a very nasty, unprofessional and aggressive manner.
trying to unload some clothes and the worker stated that the donation center only receives at specific times I said we just had a drop off and didn't need a ticket the worker seemed to be agitated and started getting loud. We just left.
They need to close donation department

Great experience. I was sent here from the Smyrna donations only location because they only accepted 2 bags there. Here a woman quickly spotted me and asked her coworkers to help me. An employee came out and directed me to put my bags in the blue bucket and they had no problem accepting all the things I had.

Nice sized shop, clean. Need to organize men's shirts by colors or sizes so it would be easier to choose. Large selection of belts and shoes though.

Do not donate here! I just watched an elderly woman be denied service for trying to pay in cash until I personally stepped in and just paid for her twenty dollars of items.Twenty dollars and they were threatening a grandmother in need for the crime of paying in cash!This is not a charity. This is not Christian. This is a disgusting money grab and goodwill should be ashamed of how they operate. While the employees here may feel they have no agency to help, the management should face eternal justice for their cruelty and indifference to the suffering of their fellow man
