Updated review, after being lied to about wigs for kids involvement and then talked down to like I'm some bum who just wants a free haircut, even though I still pay the same amount, just all in a tip, and I spend a small fortune on some of the most expensive products to grow my hair out for kids with cancer, I would recommend never going to this location, or maybe any great clips. The 'ladies', used very loosely, were some of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of being around. And for those 'ladies', here is the photo of me shipping my hair off. Truly disgusting human beings, maybe even troglodytes. I hate I've given this location so much of my money over the years for myself and kids. DO NOT GO HERE.
7yrs ago review -- My biggest complaint is they switch stylist so often that it's hard to get the same person each time. My favorite part is the check in app. Certainly helps me utilize my time efficiently. Check-in shows 20 minute wait, go ahead and check the kids in, then head out the door. Instead of waiting inside for 20-40 minutes, you walk in and are seen basically right away if you time it correctly. Haircuts are normally good, about 5% of the time, you get a brand new employee who it appears is still learning, but that's ok, you're not paying $40-$50 for a simple haircut or trim.

Had a great haircut today by Paul. I’m older and don’t have as much hair but unlike some barbers who do a very quick job, Paul was very detail oriented and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years.

Didn’t honor the online checking. I had to wait as the hair stylist took the person already in the store even though the list showed my name as next. Terrible service will not be back.

My brother asked the lady cutting his hair to not cut any off the top. She did the exact opposite and chopped most of it off. He has been sad ever since.it looks bad .

I went in for a basic men's haircut. The woman ask if I wanted a 1/2 inch taken off. I said yes but that was all she asked me. By the time she was finished she had removed way more than that and I almost had whitewalls. She kept thinning and thinning until I told her to stop.
I will not have to have another haircut for at least two months.

This is one of the worst locations ever! Not clean, no-one speaks English, and they are super deceiving regarding the $9.99 cupons. I spoke with a super rude OWNER over the phone, that had a huge attitude from the first second. I ended up paying $25 with the tip. I could have done a better job myself cutting my kid hair ... just saying!
