I walk in to get a hair cut and the lady turns me away and says she can’t do haircuts. Only regular. She said they don’t have a razor. I didn’t ask for a razor but it made me feel like she just didn’t want to be bothered with my texture of hair.

Update, I will not be changing my review. The staff and management at this location need to undergo some serious customer service training. I spoke with the manager (Tim) who seemed very defensive at first and claimed he “didn’t know why i complained”. Eventually, he apologized and offered me a discount when I came back. I wanted to give this location another chance, so I came back today, and had the same stylist (Mona). She didn’t speak to me the whole time and said “doesn’t matter” twice when I brought up the fact that Tim had offered a discount. Do not visit this location. Take your business elsewhere. I will be contacting corporate again.
This sucks because I really want to leave a higher review, the stylist I worked with did a great job on my hair, however she didn’t have the strongest customer service skills. The whole time, she didn’t really seem very conversational (which isn’t a huge issue, I have days myself where I’m not particularly chatty) however, when I went to check out, she wasn’t satisfied with the amount I left for a tip. She flat out told me something to the effect of “for what I did you should leave at least $5, I didn’t have to do all that for you, you shouldn’t expect this kind of service if you’re tipping that much”. Keep in mind, I’m a broke college student. I apologized and offered to tip more, but she was like “no, it’s fine, but but if you want me to style your hair like I did you can’t only tip the amount you did”. I was very taken aback by this, and found this attitude to be inappropriate. I’ve visited many great clips locations before and never experienced an issue like this. Needless to say, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location and would advise those who plan to visit to be cautious of this. Again, I wish I could leave a better review but this experience put a damper on my visit.

Giving this place five stars because I get exactly what I pay for there. I've been getting my hair cut at this location for a few years now, and my husband gets his cut here on occasion. During this time, we've often seen customers mistreat the staff (or behave strangely in general), which is a shame because the stylists here are good people. I have a low maintenance hair style and only require a simple cut, so I feel it's ridiculous for me to go to a fancy salon and pay triple or quadruple Great Clips' price when Tim does a good job on my hair. If you're looking for a luxe salon experience and a glamorous interior, this place probably isn't for you. But not all of us need or even want that. I'm happy to get my hair cut here and it's worth what they charge.

I moved to the area and saw Great Clips in my neighborhood, so I thought I would give them a try. That was 3 years ago and I am still going. I have Mona cut my hair and she is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and good at their jobs.
Requested style: Every time I go and request a stacked bob and show the photo, I get what I want.
Stylist: Mona is the best. I show her a photo and she starts cutting and makes magic happen.

Mona was very fast and great. Fastest haircut I have ever experienced and she did a Great job. She doesn't say a whole lot but I don't mind that. Great job and I will definitely be going back.

Horrible Hair cut by a women name Mona at the great clip at Roswell Rd , Marietta, near Kroger .she did a terrible job on my son and when asked to fix it, she started showing attitude and very aggressive and un professional. She has no smile and very Rude, almost belligerent. I will never go back again.

The store is nice and always clean. The staff are very friendly and the wait isn't ever too long. They do a fine job at cutting hair, but not great ,unfortunately. If you want a specific style or haircut, maybe find somewhere else. If you are just needing a trim or a straightforward cut, they will do a good job.
