Hi this is Aaliyah! tammy cut my hair today and usually id bawl on the way home from every other hair cutting place. but ..Today tammy cut my bangs and i have never felt more beautiful in my life. This facility cut both of my siblings hair and it looks just as beautiful. i will never go anywhere else

Took my nephew (2yrs) to get a haircut & the stylist seemed annoyed the whole time. I imagine it can be frustrating, but Shannon did it with ease & perfection the first time. I called her out on it & asked if she ever worked with children, she seemed to do better after that, but my boy still came home with slashes all over his neck & she did not power him after! I've brought my whole family here for years almost 20 years. Hair grows back & I knew I could always see Shannon here, now I know she's gone, it is not worth coming here.

Went in to get my twin boys hair cut and the person who attended me (with long curly hair) was bothered by my expectations for their hair cut and relating previous hair cuts by different individuals at the same location.
I had not checked in but there was no one there and she opened a ticket. Someone who had checked in online walked in and the attendant threw away my ticket and proceeded to tell the customer that she was glad she walked in when she did. Implying that she didn't care to cut my boys hair.
Will not be back here until they have a different attendant. Someone that can take pride in the work that they do.

My daughter and i went there and both got haircuts. While the ladies were both very nice, both our hair cuts are not great. My layers are not even, and there's no blending. My daughter hair is literally crooked. Will not be back to this location
