Nice selection. Went in to buy binoculars for an upcoming trip. I got what I needed . Check out staff was not friendly at all . No greeting when you walk in . Customer service definitely could use some help.

Store couldn’t locate my purchase because it wasn’t under my phone number. Despite having paid, they held onto my tool until I went home for a paper receipt. Situation was resolved, but the process and communication were handled poorly. Was going to do an exchange for the icon stubby flexhead ratcheting wrenches at this location since they recently got a shipment of it but now I will not and do at another location and I was going to pay the difference.

Great store. They generally have about everything you need. Great place to buy tools that aren't over priced like Home Depot and Lowe's. Customer service is good too.

The service at this store is superior! We picked up a car jack and jack stands today, and Grant went above and beyond helping us load the jack, bring it to checkout, and out to the car. Douglas, our cashier, was very efficient and exhibited superior customer service! The store was very well stocked , clean and organized. We will absolutely come back to this location for our future needs!

When I go into a store and people are helpful and knowledgeable, I am surprised. That I'm surprised makes me sad, but the experience makes me hopeful. I've been on a journey to teach myself auto and home repair/construction and I have A LOT to learn. I've been to this Harbor Freight location just about every weekend for the past month. Every time I've been met with patient people who are either knowledgeable or willing to find someone who can help me. Today it was Caitlyn, one of the managers, but the other young lady managing last weekend was just as helpful. My questions were answered, and I was never rushed. She helped me to not overspend for my needs, and she was extremely knowledgeable of cars in general and the products. I know not all HF products are the best, but some are very good. If you do your due diligence, you end up with quality tools at a savings. I'm still using Milwaukee, Makita, etc, but if an HF product can do the job for less...plus a lifetime warranty, why not?
Anyway, thank you Caitlyn and to the other employees who helped me. I'm definitely coming back!
