This day September 11,2025 I came in 15 minutes late to my reservation and the heavy set man with dread locks rolled his eyes and grunted as if I did something wrong. That lack of customer service will drive business away as fast as it started. I just left with disappointment because while I was on my way, I called Hertz, and the generated ai assistant assured me that you can still go to your reservation up to two hours after your reservation time. I drove an hour to get there and wasn’t feeling well so when this happened I just left. They tried to offer me something that was double the price. This was my first time trying to get a vehicle through uber ride share. I hope this person gets fired because they don’t belong working in such a reputable business.

I’m incredibly thankful for Lauren & DiJon this morning. I was a walk in with no reservation- they greeted me with a smile, and after a string of issues from other branches (smoke smell, flat tires, wobbly steering wheels) between nonstop calls, and helping other customers, they went above and beyond to get me into a nice, clean, reliable vehicle. They set the bar for how car rentals should be done. By far the best Hertz I’ve worked with.

I was nervous about getting a rental via my insurance company through this location after looking at the reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I received. Very patient and courteous staff.

The male that works in the corner on the left when you come in is abrupt and unprofessional. He is as rude as the Hertz airport return workers.

Extremely Disappointed with Service
I had a very frustrating experience with Hertz. I arrived on time for my reservation, only to be made to wait for over an hour—only to be told that the vehicle I had booked was not available. Despite the delay and the fact that they couldn't fulfill the reservation, Hertz did not cancel it on their end. Instead, they marked it as a no-show and charged me.
This is completely unacceptable. If a company cannot provide the vehicle that was reserved, the least they can do is cancel the booking and ensure the customer isn’t penalized.
Would strongly caution others to double-check availability before relying on a Hertz reservation.

This is the worst Hertz I've ever been to and I am going to make sure Hertz corporate knows it. Every time I've had to call the location (which unfortunately has been many many times) I am put on hold for 30+ minutes and then nobody picks back up. I dont understand it because when I was in there in person, they had no problem interupting my transaction 4 or 5 times to answer a call and chat for 3-4 minutes. They charged my credit card multiple ties without my agreement and I can't get anyone on the phone to get it cleared up. Horrible horrible business -- avoid it if you can.

Don was the best, he was washing cars, checking cars in, checking cars out all at the same time while helping the other associates with issues and problems. Time for a raise and a promotion!!!

I was helped by a representative named Don, and he was absolutely great! Every time I come to this location, he goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied. He was extremely helpful, checking in with everyone to make sure we were okay, and I even saw him running back and forth to get the cars ready for customers. His professionalism and hard work truly stand out—he really deserves a raise! This is by far my favorite Hertz location, and I will definitely be coming back again.
