They'll get you the loan and quick to close but be warned they'll sell off your loan as soon as they can and the new lender will not be good. Wish I had known this in advance because I would not have gone with them. Such a headache dealing with the new lender. Also tired of the football and junk mail Holly sends out. Holly if you read this review please stop sending the junk mail.

I had such an amazing experience with Holly Walther & her mortgage team. This was my first time doing business with them and I couldn’t have had a smoother transaction. They kept me well informed on our clients process, emailed all parties involved so we were all up to date at the same time. Such a professional team and I would love to do business with them again! We got our client to the closing table with ease and were only at closing for 25 mins (which is unbelievably short) due to Holly Walther, LauraLee, and the team being on top of everything they needed from our client.
