Consistently good service at this location. Most anything I need they either have in stock or they'll get it within a few days time. I especially like the locker pickup capability at this location. Buy online; wait for email to arrive in inbox; then drive to store to pickup product.

Not a single person here this afternoon and all my recent visits has the license to use a saw. So here we have tons of people trying to purchase wood but no one to cut it. In a building supply store. They have called 6 times and no one has shown up. Currently waiting 45 minutes. They need to hire staff. They also need to pay them more as that's the reason so many are quitting so I'm being told as I stand here. Such a waste of time. This used to be a great company. Crazy

Having a full on staff meeting with 25 people in the middle of the paint/ caulk aisle not letting customers browse, while harshly telling employees that they aren't selling enough materials seems strange to me

Traveled to store for in-stock Ryobi item. Told by associate she has no idea where to find. Maybe managers should train associates someday. Go figure.

Wow - what a bad visit. Every employee I dealt with has not been trained 1) to smile; 2) to respect the customer; 3) about the materials in the department they represent. I had a $300 purchase and left it behind and walked out. It's not worth the trauma.

This is the best Home Depot on this side of town . I have never been to a Home Depot with more than 1 level before. The customer service is outstanding here,the associates are all ready and willing to help. The store is organized and clean. Their restroom was immaculate. I definitely wasn't expecting a super clean bathroom with the traffic the store gets. They have an awesome selection of lighting fixtures much more than the other home depots I've been to. Their appliance section upstairs is large and offers a large variety of refrigerators and washers and dryers from an array of price ranges. Also, they offer a military discount. If you are looking for supplies for construction or just trying to add some nicer fixtures to your home, this is the Home Depot to come to.

Today is Fourth of July. Went to go clean my 10+ year old grill. Last year a squirrel chewed through our cover. And look what I found... a completely rusted out grill 20 minutes before I needed to cook. Home Depot we went. I got the attention of a floor associate by the name of Alan Baker. He was extraordinarily helpful in guiding us to where I could find the grill we were looking for. He allowed us to buy the floor model of the one we liked because it was not in stock. Buying the floor model meant we didn't have to put it together ...but the issue we had were the shelves on either side that would have to come off before we get it in the car. He was kind enough to get a screwdriver and take them off for us and then screw the screws back into the grill so we wouldn't lose them. That was a step nobody would've taken if I had gone to Lowe's, Ace Hardware or Walmart. Thank you Alan for allowing me to cook dinner albeit a little late. He also showed a cover and bbq tools. Super helpful, very friendly guy. Just another reason to go back to your Home Depot! That was a $400 sale that he made. Had he not taken the shelves off we couldn't of bought the grill. We would've had to walk out empty-handed. Thanks Alan! I'm sorry you had to work on the Fourth of July but just know how completely awesome you are! ***I want to shout out to the guy who helped us get it into the car I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. He had blonde hair about 5' 9 with a very nice smile. I know how incredibly hot it was outside. Just know your hard work doesn't go noticed as well! Thanks again Home Depot you have great associates. But you probably already know that.

The worst store ever. Workers just standing around in clusters, but won't help you. If you ask a question they'll send you on a wild goose chase. Anything to keep them from lifting a finger.

Today I found myself at the Pro Desk at the Merchants Walk Home Depot in Marietta, Georgia. I nice employee named Champion stopped to ask if I needed help. I needed some wood cut and some questions answered and Champion was great at both. Soon I was headed to checkout with my cut wood, a few other items and and a better idea of the scope of my next project. I really appreciated that Champion took the time to really explain what all would be involved in putting up cupboards in my garage and he did so in a respectful, detailed and unpatronizing way. I will certainly seek him out in future!

Our go-to home improvement store! Had an issue TWICE with our lawnmower and they were so helpful - eventhough they didn't have to. Also, so sick of hearing this mask bs, to everyone who complain about it - just stay home.

On the day I purchased a microwave oven I was advised by the sell rep that it would take 2 weeks to be delivered and installed above my oven. upon the day of delivery I knew something was wrong when I didn't received a call from the delivery/installation team the day before delivery, at that time I called the delivery company that home depo contract out to. at that time I was advised that my microwave was not on the delivery truck and I would have to wait one additional week. the company explained that LG did not bring my microwave to be delivered totaling 3 weeks Feeling a little upset I agreed and waited for my microwave to be delivered. upon delivery/instillation I was advised by the installation team that they was unable to install the microwave because of the way my backsplash was too high and I would have to get it corrected by a different contractor. At that time I contacted my handyman who installed my microwave without doing any additional work or cost . He also advise me that he use to work for a company that contract out to companies like the home depo and he said that if the installation team don't want to do the work they would give that type of excuse. Needless to say I was irate and came to the conclusion that I won't purchase another item from home depo to be installed unless they go with another instillation team. The microwave works great, but the home depo contractors was awful.

Let's not pretend that you enforce your staff wearing masks. One was completely unmasked and I had to ask him directly to put it in so I could walk past him to get to the register from the garden center (he was busy chatting with another associate). Seconds later, another employee walks by me with no mask in sight. When I called the manager, he seemed put off that I wasn't busy taking names of his noncompliant staff and risking getting Covid. Silly me-I thought HIS job was to manage them, not mine!
