Just had the best experience in tool rentals and it couldn't have gone better. Doug & Louis were as kind and helpful as could be, and also helped me decide on a few key things based on my skill sets. A great experience and I will surely be back. Thanks for all your help, guys!

Let me start off by saying I’m not the kind of person to leave a review. Louis in the Tool Rental went out of his way to help me. There was a tool that was not working but he was able to fix it and rent it to me anyway. Saved me from having to drive to another store. I appreciate that very much and am glad to see home depot has people like that. Don’t lose that guy.

This stores employee named Charlene(hope my spelling is right) saved the day!! She was the most helpful and even solved our problem and helped us find an item that was out of stock everywhere but showing up online as available. She managed to somehow find us one and made my sons entire Christmas with helping us get the Christmas Mickey Mouse decor! We talked to several different employees from different locations and online customer service and no one could help except her. Thank you so much to this employee. Hope she see this!

This review is management, not the associates. The associates are great at this store. I WON'T EVER BUY ANY APPLIANCES HERE AGAIN! Bought a washer last Wednesday, because ours died the other day. The HD salesperson said it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. My wife kept getting texts on Saturday, moving the delivery time back each time and finally a text that said we would have to reschedule. We called HD and they said it would be Tuesday before we got our washer, because the delivery service was already full on Monday. WAIT! So you mean to tell me you are not going to finish your Saturday deliveries before you start on your Monday deliveries? What if the delivery service was full the entire week? Does that mean we would get our washer next week? It seems like HD would hold their delivery sub accountable better than this, but no one can help us when we call. We were told we can get a refund on the washer or they will waive the delivery fee. I don't care about the $50 delivery fee, we just need a washer ASAP; been almost a week already.

Tristan at the plumbing department was so helpful trying to figure out solutions for the aerator and aerator keys problems I was experiencing! He managed to locate the right key for my faucet and figured out a solution to remove a broken aerator. I always have great experience in this store. People are always nice and trying hard to understand and address your issues. Please keep up the good work and Thank You.
