First time shopping at this location, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, and the shelves were well stocked. There were also a lot of sales associates available to assist you.

Usually hard to find a salesperson to get help, this time I was fortunate and found a helper to discuss the better plumbing arrangement for my project.

We ordered a brand new washer and dryer on Black Friday weekend in NOVEMBER. They promised delivery on Dec. 15. They have rescheduled the delivery 3 separate times and said we would not receive our purchase until the New Year and probably not until after FEBRUARY. This is unacceptable. You can go into Costco and buy a washer and dryer TODAY and take it home TODAY. This is the WORST customer no service I have ever had in my lifetime. Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY FROM Home Depot.

No interaction with the staff, other than hearing the pause in their conversation, as if annoyed a customer walked through checkout, coupled with the following silence, and steel gaze on your back, as you awkwardly check out your hardware. Quality experience.

A big one, not the biggest I'm told but huge to me. Checked appliances and found a larger selection than expected. Seems popular with customers buying major construction items like pallets of concrete.

Home Depot is quickly becoming worthless. I need to buy all new appliances, but Home Depot doesn't stock them anymore. If I buy them at home Depot I have to wait 3-6 weeks for them to ship. So I will buy them used and get same day pick up.

It's no wonder they have such a low rating. They deserve it. I went in for a simple plant and a desk chair. I came out with a plant after waiting 5 minutes on these guys that weren't even checking out. 4 workers were watching and they didn't make any move to redirect me or anything. The only reason I couldn't do self-checkout was because they only accept cards. Go to the Roswell Home Depot instead if you must go to Home Depot. I'd recommend Target or Walmart for everything though. They atleast have desk chairs and helpful employees.

I am a Home Depot Pro member, and I spend thousands of dollars at Home Depot every year in the process of renovating houses. Yesterday, my spouse purchased (among other things) two items from the Home Depot: a toilet wax ring, at $5.95, and a wax ring cover, at $7.67.I have installed or reinstalled many toilets, but this was my first time using this particular cover. I watched the cover product video to make sure I understood its proper installation. Nevertheless, the cover failed me. It refused to level out. No matter what I did, the toilet continued to rock. So, finally, I gave up. I took off the toilet, took off the cover, and took off what was left of the wax ring. I put both products back into their boxes and brought them to the Sandy Plains Home Depot this morning to return them. The first customer service representative I spoke to examined my wax ring and said, "You can't return this. We can't resell it." I explained that that was so, but it was because the cover was defective. She then examined that product and told me that I couldn't return the cover either because it, too, couldn't be resold.I was surprised that the store wanted to resell a defective part.I asked to speak to a manager since this staff member couldn't help me, so she called over Haley. I told Haley that I could understand their not taking the wax ring back since it had functioned properly, but I would not be accepting responsibility for the cost of a defective part. The cover was defective, and I wanted my money back to buy a new one.Haley told me that she wouldn't accept the cover back because "we don't know you installed it properly." And again she said, "We can't resell it."Does this Home Depot routinely restock defective parts? At this point, I asked to speak to the store manager. Haley said that no store manager was there. She said I could call the 800 number and talk to Home Depot and complain. That was the only resolution she suggested. And then, as far as Haley was concerned, she was done with me.At this point, I knew I was facing a lengthy phone call, so I asked Haley to write down her full name and store number so I would have them ready. But yet again, Haley declined to assist me. "*You* write it down," she said.(I had nothing with which to write.)I was very angry at this point, so I know I was raising my voice. I was very frustrated and upset. But I did not curse, I did not threaten, and I used no insult. I merely reiterated that I wanted Haley's name and store number written down for me.At that point, Haley surprised me again. She said, "Sir, you're being disruptive. You need to leave this store!"Yes, I was kicked out of the Home Depot--a Home Depot where I have shopped for years now, purchasing thousands of dollars' worth of items. All for trying to return a defective $8 part and then for demanding in writing the name of the manager who was supposed to be assisting me, along with the number of the store. The telephone staff assured me that none of this was in line with proper Home Depot policy, and they gave me a $50 gift card to make things right.I will be spending that gift card at a different store.

We had to come to Home Depot three times today because of some big purchases we had to make and required multiple trips. Everyone was so helpful but especially Jared. He was so so sweet! He went above and beyond with a smile on his face the entire time.

Worst experience buying a refrigerator/freezer in 25 years. I was never told that for installation I had to have a separate shut-off valve for the refrigerator/freezer until they show up. Everybody that I called at Home Depot including the Assistant Manager at the store said I should have been told or that it was on my receipt - I was NOT told and there is NOTHING on my receipt stating this. I don't have any issue with the requirement, but I do take issue with nobody telling me ahead of time and nobody at Home Depot taking any responsibility. I had the plumbers out on a Friday night to install the shut-off valve, but Home Depot wouldn't even expedite the rescheduled install - I have to wait until Wednesday. I didn't expect them to come out on the weekend, but really they can't get somebody out here Monday? I guess I'm switching to Lowes!
