My experience with H&R Block this year has been horrible. I’ve filed since 2020 with them and have never had issues filing nor have I paid this much to file. After submitting my documents a tax pro contacted me about 2 days later even though when I logged in on my app it showed I had no tax pro assigned. I brushed it off and continued. When my return was finished we had issues with me seeing the finished return and she kept sending me the link but nothing worked and had to call support multiple times to fix it. They had me logging in on several different browsers and I still wasn’t seeing it and that was for almost a week. Then I was told I’d be getting a significant discount for the technical difficulties and the discount was $70 with me still paying $540 to file. So I signed it but it gets rejected because my tax pro was rushing to file my taxes and did not ask me the necessary questions resulting in me needing another document that is going to cost me more. Do not file with Sharmila. And I will not be filing with H&R Block next year.

This was the first and last time I would use H & R Block. No communication and it took three months to complete. Also very over price for the service.
