I would not recommend doing your taxes here. We dropped off everything they needed two months before they filed them. We constantly called, emailed, and even physically went it to get any updates. I asked to speak to the manager and they never called me. It made the whole experience stressful to not get any answers from their staff.

I called today and the lady who answer the phone she even was at the office, and ask for help, but doesn't was helpfull because her rudeness and unprofessionalism. Better look for a profesional customer service.

We filed taxes here in March and they are super sweet. However, it’s now September and my husband’s Pennsylvania state taxes are still not done. He’s in the military so we had to move back in July. Linda kept promising it will be done and here we are in another state and no one will answer the phone! At this point, this is unacceptable. We paid for their service and he is due for a refund, and we haven’t had any follow up. At least refund us our money or pick up the phone!

Was not a fan of this place at all very disappointed on how they handled scheduling services. I booked my appointment on Wednesday for Saturday since they are not walk in friendly . Booked a curtain time because I know my schedule and I know when I’m busy that’s why we book slots . Bill the tax guy called me a day before during my work hours and didn’t even bother to leave a 1)voicemail , 2)email , or 3) a text to let me know we need to reschedule so he assumed that 3 was okay and put me there … I pick 12 for a reason.. they did the same thing to the poor lady who was in front of me when I came in for “my appointment “ made her come back at 3:15 unprofessional. He still wanted me to leave my personal document so he can work on it .. then what’s the reason for the in person office experience.. went down bad who I will recommend is Sherri Brown on delk road she will Hooke you up and very nice and friendly and definitely a people person and she Will work you in

I had originally done my taxes online and I didn't find your online software to be as user intuitive as it has been in the past. I think I put that on a review then as well. But I'm so grateful that I was helped by Becky at the East Piedmont Commons HR Block location in Marietta. I'll go back, I'm going to take my husband next year, and I will tell my friends. I work down the street, I know lots of people in the area.

Today I called this office to ask if it would be best to walk-in or make an appointment, I have not used a professional tax service before, only turbo tax. The man who answered (I think his name was Bill) immediately told me that he didn't have time to talk about my situation that they had many people they were already helping and then he HUNG UP ON ME. I never even got to speak except to say hello, I have a question. I was not expecting anyone to go into detail with me over the phone I just wanted to speak to a human about getting the process started. I understand it's tax season and everyone is busy but I have never had anyone be that rude when I am interested in being a customer.

The reviews for this location are legit. We were lucky enough to get scheduled with William who is literally perfect at his job. He was so professional, funny and FAST but detailed as well, and took time to make sure we understood everything. My husband and I were in and out in about 30 minutes and the process was not stressful at all. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment online and got a text verification. When I showed up at the appointment they did not have any record of it and said almost all online appointments don’t make it to the actual locations. This is horrible customer service. I will find someone else to help with my taxes.
