H&R Block on Johnson Ferry Rd. in Marietta is terrific. The people who work there are fantastic and wonderful. Please commend Leslie, Melody, Pat and Wrece on their excellent customer service skills, their knowledge, support and encouragement. They are all so friendly and kind and brighten my day.

Perfect ! My tax preparer has always done what I couldn't do. I will keep her for as long as I have to do taxes (I mean as long as she has to do them).

Had a 12:00pm appointment. Office opened at 12pm. Waited 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up to the office. Very unprofessional business at this location.

Manager was rude with me one day and also called the office many times in a hour span with no answer a place of business should never go that long without someone being able to at least pick up the phone and address either they are busy or if they can call back
