It was our first time (my wife and I) filing in GA state and our tax pro was Ms Spasikova. She was excellent! It was our first time running a rental (from our home state with the move to GA) and my wife's first year working as self employed, so we were dreading the appointment and whether we had collected and tracked information properly. Marija explained so much we didnt even think we needed - from how to manage the rental and what sites to use for background checks and management of the payments, to how to restructure my wife's business activity from sole proprietor to LLC to get legal protection and then in the future consider S-corps. I swear I have never seen anyone talk about taxes so excitedly to the point that we were excited lol Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible, drop off all information with Rhonda, she said it would take 30 minutes. At the time it was 10am. We came back at 2pm in the afternoon and she was gone for the rest of the day. We called her first thing the next morning and she stated she hasn't even started on the paperwork and will start tomorrow. We immediately went and pick up out paperwork. She didnt say one word, just handed the paperwork and continue talking on her cell phone. We WILL NEVER USE H&R Block again.

Today, the H & R Block who made my taxes made a big mistake, and she want that I paid $560 for made my taxes, the H & R Block charge more money for each paper or information that you missed or you forgot or is new one, but today H & R Block does not want to give me a discount for her a big mistake, if that company wants to get more money for some papers that you forbot, they does not did for free after big mistake. She told me that I have to paid to IRS $ 19.000, and after she find a mistake I have a refund for around $ 2.200

H&R Block makes e-filing SO much easier. I am not the brightest at taxes and can be confused; if that's you, go to H&R Block. Other companies have great services to offer, but if you want the 1on1 support, your taxes in only 10 business days & no judgement passed against you.. GO HERE ?
