My experience with ID8 has been great. I originally reached out to them for help on my website. They were able to help me completely update my site, and have been able to give me very valuable insights to keep up with the ever changing best practices of todays online world. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with ID8 to design our website for a new brand, Bold Botanica. They were a pleasure to work with; excellent communication, response time, and they showed patience and care throughout the process. They did an outstanding job on the website and were able to perfectly represent our brand identity and vision and bring it to life. id8 was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume.Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. I would highly recommend id8 for any graphic design work as they are awesome at creating designs that have a deeper philosophical meaning that will make anyone appreciate the reasonings behind what they create.

Terrible customer service and communication. I reached out to Brandi for more in-depth information on here branding services for I was interested in moving forward to the next step. Brandi called me and left a voice mail as well as an email. I returned her call and her secretary answered, she stated she would leave a message for Brandi and she will be in contact with me. Days went by and no call back. I emailed her as well and no responses. I called back a week and a half later and the secretary said word for word “I remember you, we spoke a week ago didn’t we?”. If that’s the case then why haven’t I received a follow up regarding business? She said she’d leave a message for Brandi and I’ll get a call back...It has been a month and still no Call back. I have since taken my business elsewhere. For future notice Brandi, make it your priority to keep in contact with your customers because you’ve lost my business.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with id8 on our branding project. The team were wonderful to work with and could not have made the process easier for us. After collecting all the data they packaged it up, explained it to us and answered any questions we had about it, even months after the project was official over. I highly recommend them to anyone.

id8 manages our Company website. I recently attended training at their office and the staff was more than helpful. Everyone has been helpful, responsive, and patient and I took a good bit of knowledge away from my time with them. I strongly recommend this Company! Outstanding team!

In late 2019 we engaged id8 to rework and modernize our 6-year old website which we had created ourselves. We were assigned project manager Lindsay Pace and designer Jess Gerjets. From beginning to end, they were a delight to work with! They listened to our requirements, offered expert ideas and advice, presented and discussed various options, then set to work. Throughout the development process they were very responsive, and kept us current on their progress. Lindsay, Jess and team did a wonderful job. The early December switch-over to a new host went seamlessly. After the relaunch we noticed visitor traffic was the same (expected), BUT we began receiving MORE leads and newsletter sign-ups than before. We're very pleased with the new website! We look forward to working with id8, Lindsay, and Jess again very soon on branding and marketing. We highly recommend id8 without hesitation.

ID8 is truly one of the best companies I have ever worked with and it was the best decision that my small business has made! Brandie and the rest of the team were able to take us (who were pretty much scared of doing anything with a website or Facebook etc...) and they were able to create an amazingly professionally and great looking website.They were also understanding and supportive when I was really sick about halfway through the project (which they did not have to do) and my family and I will be forever grateful.If you are looking to make your business stand out or go for a change in your branding for the new year. Before working with id8 to develop my brand, I contacted 4 other agencies for a quote. 3 never called me back and 1 I voluntarily forfeited my deposit because of the quality of their work. The entire staff at id8 was extremely polite, visits to their office were very professional, project coordinator Lindsay was kind yet always found a way to keep me on task with development and they actually listened to me needs. Brandi's work was incredible. She developed 2 options for me that, quite frankly, were both quality above which I expected. I would gladly encourage anyone reading this review to contact id8 for all of your branding needs. Thank you Kriston for having such an incredible staff.
