InfoTank does a great job taking care of my small business. They manage all of my computers and server and they take the stress out of worrying about security and updates. I was tired of always trying to Google problems in my off time. They're close by in Marietta and I like using a local option.

I’ve worked with Dave and Matt for more than a decade. They and Clayton are knowledgeable … and responsive — even when I had tech issues at night or on weekends.Clayton clearly explains and fixes any issue I’m having. Sometimes he can walk me through an issue on the phone to fix it. Sometimes he says, “I’ll be right there” and he comes quickly. I appreciate his prompt responses and resolutions of my issues. Great sense of humor, too!

Clayton provides excellent support for software and hardware issues. It seems like my issues are first on their list! Besides knowledge and ability, Clayton is also thoughtful and does not make fun of my lack of "computerese" or "computer abilities". He explains carefully and kindly.

Clayton has been absolutely wonderful to work with and very helpful and attentive to any issues we've had with technology. He and his team work diligently to solve whatever the problem may be and if they cannot immediately resolve the problem, he is great with helping with a temporary solution until a permanent resolution can be made. Clayton Richards is always so helpful when I have an IT question. He takes time to explain exactly what the issue is and how I can avoid making that same mistake again. I appreciate the way he explains technical things in a way that I understand. He also gives me suggestions if there is a simpler way to complete the task I am working on. He comes as quickly as possible when I send in an IT request. I truly appreciate Clayton, his work ethic and his commitment to the customer!
