I had AWESOME experience at Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. My sale rep Chris Daugherty was Fantastic knowledgeable, humorous and friendly in assisting me obtaining the car in my specific criteria I was looking for. Andre E Jones, the Business Manager, was very Knowledgeable, humorous and patience and putting together an awesome package deal to make sure that my car can remain running under a great warranty. I NEVER do bad reviews but this was warranted. went to buy a Dodge Durango 2024 under my business name and started working with a nice gentlemen name Cobie. I was getting push back from the finance guy (Austin) or GM (Roosevelt) from HOW I wanted my credit to be pulled and how many times. I told them I had good credit and I know the process. I was having some hiccups with Chrysler Capital on address verification which I was trying to fix. I told them in the meantime could they run my credit with Stelantis and the straight up told me NO. didn't tell me why I was denied. Told me the wrong information that Stelantis pulls credit with Experian (they didn't, they pull with Equifax which my credit score with that bureau was 816). They didn't come out and talk to me, treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and made Cobie lose the sale from me. I ended going to Union City and had an amazing experience with everyone there. I feel bad for the guy Cobie because I felt they were descriminating against his clients and/or me. I had to find out from the other dealership why Stelantis denied me, and that was because my credit was locked and they never mentioned it to me at Gwinnett Chrysler which that was an easy fix. BTW I pulled up in a BMW 2025 X5 M Competition. Never would give my business or my time to a place like this ever again. Cobie was amazing if you ever go.

This place has turned into a freaking nightmare....they have officially lost my business. I travel too far to get turned around and work not be done...especially when I get there at opening time on a Saturday, that's a waste of my morning. All new workers here too...take your chances elsewhere because this is not the place. I'll never go back, manager was rude. I don't even know how this place got one star.

My experience with this dealership is always an excellent one. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and have been bringing my vehicle here for regular servicing for the past 8 plus years. The service is always great. My technician today, Riaz Ali, was very professional and performed all the necessary repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. As always, a pleasant experience today.

I am very disappointed with the customer service and follow-up from this dealership. I've been waiting 5 days for the manager, Roosevelt to provide me with proof that a used car inspection was performed on my vehicle prior to purchase. I've had a lot of problems since purchasing the vehicle only 4 months ago.
As of now the vehicle is undrivable.

Phenomenal service. I will come back here anytime I have an issue. I have an older Jeep wrangler that I am really precious about. Ali was my mechanic when I came in, and he was fantastic. Getting work done on your car can be stressful, but Ali made sure I felt heard, and that I understood what was needed for my jeep, just genuinely the best mechanic I've ever worked with. Anytime I need something for my jeep, I'm bringing it back here to Ali.
