No appointment is necessary during normal business hours.
It is always a pleasure going to Jennifer's store. They have quick service and very reasonable prices for watch batteries. I've had several jewelry repairs done there, and they are always extremely helpful with any questions I have.

I’m not a jewelry guy, and I needed help. These are great people and so welcoming! I got all my questions answered, and I could tell they were putting my needs above making a sale. Highly recommend! Going back to get Grandma's wedding ring repaired and my wife’s ring appraised for insurance.
