As a customer needing service for my vehicle. The employee first words were” you police “ walked around my vehicle and was more concerned with my vehicle having a support law enforcement tag or being law enforcement. Which I couldn’t understand why it would even matter. Make you think what really going on there.

I went in Monday mid morning. They did not have the oil to perform the oil change. They literally had to go somewhere and buy it. Waited about 20-30 minutes for them to buy it. The only changed my oil - they did not check anything else.

The tall slender woman with short hair said it’d cost $99 to read my check engine light unless I gave her a tip. Then said the code reader is tracked when used so it sounds like whether I paid her under the table or not it’d be “$99” for a service Jiffy Lube advertises as FREE. Weird scammer.

they tell you you’ll be in and out in 15 minutes, but it seems like they’re kind of behind or understaffed. They had us waiting for almost 20+ minutes in order for them to work on someone else’s car but once he got to working on our car, it took him another 20 minutes to get the emissions done. The emissions was higher than expected because there were places that were actually down the street that were cheaper. We just figured that maybe they were cheaper because this is what they do for a living.

It's almost 2 hours and I am still here. We arrived before 1230 pm today and it took over an hour before my car was even driven into the garage when there was space for it. At the time there were 3 cars in the garage and 1 waiting after me. The one behind me left already. After i asked for my keys they insisted they would start my car shortly. My car is now sitting with the filters removed and no one working on it for over 20 minutes. This place is not jiffy in any sense of the word and if they want to continue to screw me over I pray next time there is lube.
Edit: I've just left after waiting 2 hours for an oil change that was priced at $98 when I asked for the bare minimum. I was overcharged after waiting 2 hours. I will never come here again and I highly suggest no one else does either.

Went in for an oil change under my fleet account and next thing you know I had a $420 bill at check out. They authorized coolant flushing and brake fluid replacement without authorization. She said what do you care, it's a fleet. I said I care because I own the fleet and did not authorize the additional work. Beware of this place.

This was one of the best automotive repair experiences I have ever had. My engine light came on, car starts dying as I’m merging onto I-75N from 285E, luckily get off & basically roll into this Jiffylube on Delk Rd. I knew I needed basic maintenance but worried I waited too long. Well, Dwight (the mgr I think) made me feel better immediately and then proceeded to do an incredibly professional job of fixing the car, as well as keeping me in the loop and explaining what he was doing. All the guys there were great & personable. Thank you all very much! Kudos to Dwight for his effort solving the problem. And the cost was less than I thought it would be considering the effort put in. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube
