Kevin helped me get a nice shirt for a wedding I was running late to. Also helped me get some undershirts for it, steam the shirt so it was nice for the wedding, and fold a handkerchief for my suit pocket. Super nice touch and great service. Thanks for getting my ready for the wedding!

I have shopped at this location many times before but I’ve never felt invisible before. After walking around for nearly 10min. looking for a shirt, I finally asked for help then my request was differed to a different sales person who reluctantly walked away from his computer begrudgingly to help me. I was halfway through my question when he interrupted and pointed me towards the shelves…if he had let me finish my question he wouldn’t have done so… I can read signage and I’m not color blind; I didn’t need your help to show me what I’ve already seen! Then he just walked away!! His body language alone was enough for me to walk away when he initially came to “help” me. This store needs serious customer service training. There were 3 sales people on the floor and only myself and a couple in the store! I will not beg you for service when I’m spending money in your store. Extremely disappointed! Do better.

Francis saved our day! We walked in and he knew my husbands size just from looking at him, picked a fabulous suit, and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes! Friendly and knowledgeable, we will go back just for Francis’s help! :)

Walked up to the counter and asked the man working a question. I was told very passive aggressively "I'm in the middle of something" and never approached again during my visit.

I wish I could give less than zero . I will, because I have come more than once to shop, but no one wanted to help me. Last time, I bought an existing suit, so they took my measurements, after which they called me. They are ready, but I have to re-take new sizes for the pants . Taylor just doesn't want to do his job he wants to sell another one for twice the price to me he keep give some excise

Walked in to buy new clothes for my son to start his new job. Would have liked to buy shoes, belts, socks, pants, shirts. Not a greeting, not a moment of assistance, poked around, asked a question, given short curt answer. When looking at shirts, only admonished that they do not open shirts (which we are well aware). We left. Won’t go back.

Go when Kevin is working. (He’s the one with the well kept beard) I hate shopping and don’t do fashion. Kevin made the whole experience a blast and helped me pick out some options that made me feel confident.The people who complain about not being helped because of their looks are haters. They probably think everything wrong in their life is because of how they look and not because of their crummy personality.

Stumbled upon this location while driving. As I entered the store I ended the conversation with my husband whom I went in for. No greeting, no hello, not a word. I browsed some of the sections. Two young male members of the white hegemony entered the store speaking to each other and were welcomed in immediately by a female white hegemony member. As soon as this happened I started to exit and THEN a BIPOC male employee asked “How can we help? ” 5-7 minutes after my entry into the store. I will not ever patronize a store that doesn’t respect all of its consumers.Update: I called to recount my experience. The BIPOC male indicated he was the “manager” and became very defensive to the point of raising his voice. He did confirm that he tried to help me after the white female employee greeted the white patrons, but it was ONLY after they entered and were greeted. This store the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig; nice on the outside but aggressive and RACIST happenings on the inside.

This is my second time at this location. The employees are normally helpful although the manager is real A-hole . He’s not friendly or helpful just has an all around bad attitude.I only shop here if I have to all around just not a business I want to support.

I went to the store at the Avenues in East Cobb today to buy a shirt for my son. The store manager (Francis) had the worst attitude I've ever experienced at any store. He measured my sons neck and showed us where the shirts his size were. There were only three shirts on the rack my sons size. I asked him if there were any more options. He quickly and rudely said "That's all we have". I then told him that I'd like for my son to try the shirt on to make sure it fit. I've bought many shirts from this store and have always tried on open shirts they keep in the back before I buy it. Francis responded with another quick "No we don't open shirts for customers to try them on". I reminded him of the open shirts they keep in the back and he miraculously found one my son's size so that he could try it on. Francis does not need to interact with customers. Please don't respond to this message with a canned answer. I'm not taking anymore of my time to email you anymore details. There are multiple complaints about the store manager of this store and nothing has been done about him. A solution to your problem would be to make Kevin the store manager at this location. Last time I came to this store, Kevin helped me. Kevin is super nice, patient and always willing to help and showed me all my options. I don't know why Kevin is not the Store manager at this location. I'm sure your sales would duplicate if Kevin was the store manager.

I'm currently away for military service and my friend used this particular Jos A. Banks for the groomsmen. I'm unable to visit before the actual wedding so my wife took my measurements and traveled to pick up the suit since there's no location near us.My wife called a seperate location and confirmed it shouldnt be an issue to bring my measurements and pick up the suit ahead of time. Of course knowing I'll take the suit for alterations somewhere else. The register boy was incredibly rude to my wife and was adamant the only way I could receive the suit is if I showed up personally. When my wife attempted to make anymore inquiries, considering we knew exactly what size I needed, the cashier ignored my wife and refused to help in any way.I've been a groomsman in two other weddings where this company was used and had no issues. However this location displayed complete unprofessionalism.For any readers considering this as an option for weddings, I strongly suggest using another location or company, especially if any part of the party is out of state.

This was the most miserable experience having to deal with Jos. A Banks. The manager may be the smuggest human being on earth. 5 of the 8 guys had either buttons missing or wrong sizes. Im not sure how it's possible to be fitted for a vest that's 2 sizes to big and a shirt a size too small. I've never wrote a review on anything before, but I felt the need for this special occasion.

Visited the East Cobb location this past weekend looking for men’s formal wear. Was highly pleased with the selection and the service. Amiable, cooperative and knowledgeable staff including the manager. Very nice selection too.
