Elaine at Kay Jewelers went above and beyond for me without hesitation. I told her I had partially resized my watch, but could not get it back on right. She asked when I would like to come in. When I asked her how much, she said it was easy and did not charge me. It did not look easy to me. Elaine is excellent! Highly recommend!
