  This Salon was a pleasant surprise for me. The salon was clean and spacious with modern decor. It was very diva worthy. Everyone was so nice and very professional. I was serviced by Kalena and I also watched Jae style hair. They both were doing their thing! This is definitely a gem in Marietta.

  My stylist Jae gave me an amino acid treatment, cut and style. My hair looked flawless and beautiful!! It always does when I leave her chair.😁. The salon has a peaceful and grown woman type of vibe where everyone is super kind and friendly. I highly recommend Jae and KBB if you’re in search of a new salon and hair stylist.

  Salon was tasteful and clean. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. My stylist was very skilled on haircut and wash. Very pleased. However, she does need more practice on white people coloring. She knew her stuff about coloring hair in phases, just as she should on black people hair. Her techniques were flawless. However, white people hair does not respond in the same way. I was very pleased with her effort. She was extremely careful to overcondition after every chemical, as she listened to my concerns about my hair being brittle and susceptible to chemical and heat damage.She was eager to learn and I did walk out pleased with the even coverage, pretty close to the color I'd asked for. We've already come up with a game plan for my next appt, as I absolutely plan on going back. The owner was a lovely woman who worked with me on the pricing. I just loved the vibe from the whole experience. I have full confidence that customer desires are first priority at this salon. My stlylist was very sociable conversationalist and attentive to my needs. 4 of 5 stars...only because the color wasnt quite right. Definitely a salon to visit regularly.

  I chose Kbb Salon by happenstance, as I searched online for a salon near me that styles black hair. My experience has been positive. Kalena, the owner/operator, is friendly and upbeat, as are all of her stylists. The salon is clean, with a trendy and an attractive decor.
  
  But the true shero of Kbb Salon is the competent, sweet-spirited, and caring Jae, to whom Kalena entrusted my hair care. Jae is efficient, client-focused, and she is a compassionate listener. Jae is a keeper.
  
  Kbb uses high-end products, and the price point is not miniscule. But in my experience, it is worth every cent. The professional operators at Kbb Salon are demonstrably committed to hair care.

  Many of the stylists are kind and talented, but the salon seems consistently overbooked. My first visit involved a long wait, but I liked my hair, so I returned. This time, I had a 2:45 PM appointment and wasn’t seen until 6 PM—three hours later. I left with a basic wash-and-go style that I could’ve done myself. I was hoping for a more defined and styled curl pattern.
  
  What’s frustrating is that clients are expected to be on time, yet we’re left waiting for hours with no explanation. Had I not paid a deposit, I would’ve left—and honestly, I wish I had. I wanted to enjoy the experience, but the poor time management made it really disappointing.
