Ms. Allen, as the buying agent representing her clients, arrived late to the closing appointment. Upon entering the room, she did not greet us and came across as cold and distant.
Throughout the process of selling our beautiful home, she consistently failed to communicate in a timely or professional manner. Every time our agent reached out to relay important information to her clients, Ms. Allen either delayed her response or ignored the message entirely.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend her as a buying or selling agent. Effective communication is essential in real estate process , and unfortunately, she did not demonstrate that capability.

Kelly helped us move from the Seattle area to the perfect North Atlanta suburb. As we got to know her and expressed our needs, she helped us find the general region to look at (NE Atlanta in our case), and then we drove around on our first trip down. From there we were able to narrow down further after talking to her more and doing some research online. Once she knew what we wanted she often knew ahead of time which homes we should see vs skip. Home buying has changed a lot in the last few years and homes can now be virtually toured and we toured maybe 10 homes (from Seattle) before selecting ours. Kelly was able to pan around and talk us through the walk-through and was great about pointing out positives and negatives along the way. We flew in to town for the final look and made the offer! Kelly has a good set of contacts and was able to refer us to an interior designer and contractor to do some upgrades on our home before we move in. We can't wait to arrive in Atlanta, thanks Kelly+CO!

Kelly is one of the TRUE professionals in the real estate business. I feel like a lot of agents work so hard on just “getting the listing” and wait for the internet to do its thing but not Kelly. She started marketing and calling weeks before we listed. She had potential buyers and LOTS of other agents coming through the door weeks and days before we went live. That created so much buzz that when we actually listed we had lots of people who were waiting to see the house. It creates a sense of urgency in buyers. She also had amazing stagers and the BEST pictures of our house. At the end of the day we sold our house in this high interest rate market for the price we wanted.

Kelly did a fantastic job of buying and selling our homes in Riverside Atlanta! She was extremely patient with us since we were not in a huge rush to move so we got to be picky during the buying process. She consistently made time to drive out to Riverside and show homes for us and her team did a wonderful job stepping in same day several times! She also did a fantastic job of helping us write competitive offers and we ended up beating out several other offers for our home. During selling she went above and beyond to entice potential buyers and we sold while several comparable homes sat (and are still sitting 6 months later!!) on the market. We will always use Kelly+Co from now on!

This is my second real estate transaction with Kelly and Co., please note I have bought and sold over 14 homes in my lifetime. And without question, by a large margin, Kelly and her team are far and away the very best at what they do. Buying and selling can be intimidating but Kelly immediately made us feel at ease. She doesn’t stop working til the job gets done. She has so many things going on at the same time but she made us feel like she was only working with us with her knowledge, experience, and way of being personable. She was patient with us while not letting us settle and miss any opportunities. She helped us find our dream home in East Cobb and had our first home in Mableton sold and closed in just over a month in November right before the holidays! We are thankful for her and would recommend her and her team fully!
