My experience at Key Auto Center was exceptional. I don’t even want to give a star. Sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission among other things. I told them I was going to be driving my grandkids in this vehicle. It started slipping immediately so I brought it for a transmission diagnostic's and there was An internal error meaning they knew what they sold me. All I can say is God is watching you!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will lie about the condition of the vehicle, do several things to hide the condition including use of stop leak inside the cooling system, remove items from pictures of vehicle, but will make very sure to inform you to purchase as is so there is no recourse on them. EXTREMELY SHADY. Look at BBB review. I wish we did.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from there. Memet and his colleagues were honest, professional and helpful. I went there with one car in mind but after the test drive I didn't like or want it. They suggested other vehicles for me to try and that's how I ended up with a car that I absolutely love. I do understand that the car was sold to me as is and any issues that may arise is on me. I would recommend Keys Auto Center to my friends. 💯💯💯💯💯💯

I bought a Jeep Patriot 2011 and the engine light turned on day 2 of driving. I brought it to the shop and had to pay 1200$ in repair. After driving it another 2 weeks the next engine light turned on. Week 4 of driving the exhaust broke down. The dealership didn’t tell me about any issues and acted surprised when I called them that the engine light turned on day 2 of driving.
