I discovered kohls when I needed to return a pkg to Amazon. It was better than I expected in terms of quality and variety. I returned for a second shopping trip to complete my shopping for great towels and clothes for my husband.

So on January 27th I went to khols to look at the black history month section and couldn't find it. I ask a man did they have it because I thought I might have been in the wrong area. He proceeds to telle it's not up and to come back in a couple weeks it took everything in me not to say that why the hell would I come back in a couple weeks do people got to come back in a couple weeks for st.patricks day merchandise. NO do people need to come back in a couple weeks for valentines day merchandise. NO. SO WHY WOULD I COME BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS FOR BLACK HISTORY MONTH MERCH IM NOT AND I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING KHOLS MY BUSINESS!

I was extremely disappointed during my recent visit to Kohl’s. Upon entering the store, I observed a cashier giving unwarranted dirty looks specifically to Black customers as they walked in. This behavior was unacceptable and made for an incredibly uncomfortable shopping experience.
Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected, regardless of their race. I hope Kohl’s takes this seriously and implements better training to address racism and implicit bias among their employees. Until I see signs of improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

There is a old lady at the counter asked to apply for Kohls card and I denied and she insisted me to take the card as she mentioned it will not go for hard inquiry . I have asked thrice and she highlighted the same point . As soon I reached home I got message for a hard hit. Why are you false propagating without guidelines and cheating the customers ? I would not prefer this Kohls again

Great sales & gift items at kohls, 😍 but seriously u need to hire more than ONE customer service employee for the pick up orders!!!! 😩 Also why can’t I do curbside pick up for my item as stated in the app???
It’s Sunday 3pm and after 10 minutes in line, I am now the 13th customer! 🤯 People can’t even get out the front doors the line is so long! 🙈🤦🏼♀️🫠
U need at LEAST 2 or 3 staff at the customer service / return / pick up counter. I feel kind of bad leaving a bad review but at the same time I can see in other comments that this is a common problem at this store. I won’t be back. 😬 Thanks! 🙃

Shopping at Kohls is always a joy. From Kohls Cash, sales, clearance deals, fashion clothing, sneakers, and a bunch of other items, it’s hard not to pick something up, especially when the service is so friendly, on a whim.
