Over the holidays I have visited this store about 12 times. I have told everyone there that I do not want to have their stupid 31% interest rate credit card that they push on young people like crazy. I am an attorney and currently representing not one but two clients that were victims of predatory lending at this location. You can't tell someone that they're going to save a bunch of money... and then charge them 31% interest.

During my visit this evening, i came to purchase some small ceramic bowls. the only ones that the store had present were on a display marked with a price range and the actual bowls had no prices nor barcodes attached to them. Upon trying to checkout, the store manager Christian made up an arbitrary price for the bowls (matched the price of a larger item, therefore inflating the price), regardless of the fact that he could not find them online or get any reference material to corroborate the price. Furthermore, he was very rude and condescending when as we attempted to further resolve this issue, I am very dissatisfied with my visit and as a regular Kohls customer i am very disappointed that I was subjected to being treated this way during my most recent visit. Jennifer, our original cashier was amazing and helped us as best as she could before he interjected and began to demean everyone.

Just had one of my worst shopping experience ever here.First of all, I have a Kohls card holder due to the benefits it provides. But today my main goal was spending the Kohls cash I have. The cashier asked me (like they always do) whether I have a Kohls card, I told her I have one but it is at home, and I have enough Kohls cash to cover the transaction. She started to look unhappy. After she finished scanning my items and a couple of my Kohls cash, she said she needed my ID and that she was just following the screen. I gave her my ID and the register then asked for my social security number. After I put in my social she told me I don't have a Kohls card. I said I do have one, just scan my last Kohls cash to complete the sale. She insisted that I don't have the Kohls card, like I was lying, and transferred me to customer service.The store manager came over to complete my transaction. But I just felt so disrespected. Why did I have to give my ID and social? Did she initiate the Kohls card application process without my approval? Kohls, do you give employees too much incentives on this Kohls card thing???

Kohls should really consider downsizing and create pick up stations only for online purchases.The supply in stores is terrible. Better to order online and just pick it up. Hardly a sale items in the store just spring stock.

Waited 20 min in returns line to find out there’s a separate place for Amazon returns. Please consider adding a sign… then it’s easy!

I’ve just had the worst customer service experience in my life. I can’t even remember this guys name- he was white, tall, slender, and kind of feminine…who was the first person ever to ask me for my ID when using kohls pay. Then he claimed that it didn’t work, voided my order and took the bag! Didn’t even ask if I had an alternative pay method! Even though it is the closest to me, I will never patronize this location ever again- differently felt racially motivated. I tend to be docile and easy going but this really bothered me! I might just say F-it to kohls all together won’t get another cent from me I promise you that. Don’t forget, word of mouth is the best form of business
