My wife left her medication in Texas while visiting family in Marietta. The pharmacist and technician were very helpful making sure that she did not have to do without. They were very efficient and helpful.

I had an absolutely horrible experience this morning that should have been just a simple phone call. I take a medication that is a controlled substance, which I have taken for 4-5 years. As prescribed.I always call in a few days before I am out of medication, so that I can schedule where I am that day for work. This morning I called in to ask the same thing. When asked, the pharmacy technician laughed at me and said, "yeah, that's too early to fill, is there anything else I can help you with?"And I reiterated that I was fine on the medication but just wanted to know what day I can refill. This medicine has also been on back order for months, and often, I have to call multiple pharmacies to find it and it is crucial that I be proactive. She replied, "you can refill the j day 28, just count from the day you had it filled. And then said thank you" and hung up.I was really almost in tears as she was clearly implying that I was trying to fill my prescription early. I was embarrassed by someone who is supposed to be a healthcare provider.I composed myself and called back. I asked for a manager, Jayda said "she's not in". And I asked when and how I could speak with her and she said, "she's on maternity leave. I don't know." So then I asked if there was a corporate email or phone number that I could reach out to. Her response was, "Mr. Hazell, it's on Google." And hung up on me again.I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and will be having my prescriptions transferred to another Kroger pharmacy. I will stick with Kroger Pharmacy as I have only ever experienced helpful and friendly service from others.

I will not go back to this Kroger again- I asked the butcher to trim some steaks for me & he responded with a curt "I guess so" - so rude - I tried to follow up with the manager who was called & he never showed up- their main customer service department did nothing to help- this is why people choose Publix - their staff are always helpful, polite & well trained

I delt with Zack Sutton and he lacked personality, Horrible people skills, and should not be dealing with customers. Would not fill prescription due to the fact where I went to doctor and that I was not right next to my house. First of all I saved hours by going where I went and my son lives next to where I chose to go. 2nd I just moved right beside this Kroger. I also have not had a chance to change license, due to illness. I have been going to kroger since I can remember. Never again. ZACK treated me as if I was forging prescriptions or trying something shady. Never will I ever come back here! Zack needs to be trained. He lacks some vital tools you need to have to be in a industry that requires you to interact with the public. Should make him wait tables for 6 months! I would have gave 0 stars if I could

Lunchtime, Employees walking back and forth, no acknowledgement at all. They'll look at me and just keep walking. A lady finally walked up and I asked her if I could get a meal and she told me no. She didn't tell me when that time would be or anything, she just walked off. Food is literally right there getting cold. I'm sure the regular staff is fine but the deli employees are rude. This is not the first, second, or third time this is happened. Their consistency in being rude employees is on point.

I have had several prescriptions for pain lately and they have been good about warning me of possible issues, been diligent about filing promptly and calling if there’s an issue. But I also use please and thank you so if you get ‘rude’ treatment maybe you deserved it?!I have no complaints for this pharmacy, only praise.

This Kroger has the best selection of fresh vegetables I've seen in the area. So clean and well prepared. Will be back

Thursday, September 23, 2021 Re: Detained At Self Checkout I was Not allowed to purchase 5 items, due to being profiled, detained and provoked by a self checkout employee named PAIGE. I visited Kroger Whitlock approximately between 9:45p and 10:30p. When I entered self checkout, Pharmacy side, Paige yelled "Hello" at me, in a high pitched, Condescending voice. I felt her watching hostilities. I planned to pay for my things and leave without Interacting with her. Unfortunately, the first item would not scan; Paige ran over and got in my personal space, uninvited. I immediately gave the item to her and told her I changed my mind, she can take it away. She ignored me and brushed me aside to attempt to scan it herself, which she couldn't. I calmly told her, a few more times, I no longer wanted the item, but she ignored me and wouldn't move away. she Allowed me to continue after typing in a passcode on the touchscreen. I assume she put in a Shoplifting code, because every item I scanned needed her approval after Showing Video of me scanning the item I patiently waited for her to Review every Video, But, when I inserted my card it seemed to process but timed out and gave no receipt. I asked Paige if she knew if it went through. Paige laughed at me and mocked about Security not accepting my card. I told her to restock the items and left everything there. Ms. PAIGE is an Older Female, greyish white hair and wears black framed glasses. If you see her NAME TAG at self checkout, especially Late Hours, don't risk your SAFETY, immediately turn around and leave.

Run from this store! This Kroger has gone down hill for 2 years for no reason. Decent area, busy location, but consistent poor management. There are never enough registers open, and the self check is always backed up. It is a mystery to me as to the poor customer service and overall dirty appearance of this facility. More and more turn over of employees with "ghetto" type replacements........ Went to Publix and wow

I never leave reviews but I hate this place. Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The techs and one of the pharmacists are VERY rude. Techs will cut you off while speaking and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. The woman pharmacist with long brown hair made me feel stupid for even bothering her with questions about a NEW medication!!! This is after multiple experiences. I’m really considering transferring all my prescriptions over to another pharmacy due to this disgusting behavior.

I love the selection at this particular Kroger... it is on my route at work. But it also sadly shows me the lack of Kroger's social and economic responsibility to the community to make their stores in lesser income neighborhoods reflect this level of care and love that this store has. I enjoyed the fresh cut meat selections and the wide array of seafood and fresh fruits and veggies. I also enjoyed the aesthetics of the store. It was definitely Kroger on a Publix level. But shouldn't all Kroger's reflect this same concept and ideal?! This appears that you choose to determine what stores will be high quality and then allow the rest of the chain to be mediocre! I can get fresh food and excellent ambience at any Publix even in less fortunate communities. Learn this and elevate Kroger to where it should be. You could lead if you offer us the same high quality products as you do the non minority and more financially relevant communities. The Black community has a lot of spending power. We are a billion dollar spending power. We deserve the same type of love put into our Kroger grocery stores. PERIOD.

Came to the pharmacy tonight to pick up my prescriptions. I have anxiety and am prescribed to clonzapem. I received it in a ziplock bag. With the label on it. Not a medication you’d want in a ziploc bag and not only when I asked for it in a bottle the pharmacist meagan was very rude and was acting as if it was such a huge issue to put it in a bottle with a locked lid instead of a ziploc bag. Is that even legal?!
